Директор: Murat Erdem, Salih Onsoy Conditions: The groups are requested to arrive in Burgas on 22 June 2024 – 14:00 and depart on 26 june 2024 12:00, after breakfast Gifts provide for each person participant`s card and certificate. Each group should bring flags of their countries with them. We will prefer for folk dance groups with live music but recorded music also possible. Pocket money will not be paid to the groups by Festival Committee. The groups prepare 5 min, 8 min programs. All groups have to be 2 different performances. Nomination will be Best Music, Best Coustume, Best Performance, Best Choreography. The number of participants and ages are not limited. Participation fee: 160 Euro per person (4 nights and 3 meals, open buffet without alcohol) On every 24 participants one member is free of charge. (24 paying + 1 free) The groups will stay in 3-4 stars hotels. For double rooms there is a supplement of 10 € per person per day, for single room 20 € per person per day. Any group willing to participate must submit an Application form. Approved groups pay in advance a 10% guarantee fee, which is to be deducted at the final payment. Second step: As confirmation of its participation in the festival, a group pays in advance 1000 € (which is not reimbursable in case of declination of participation). The rest of the amount is to be paid 15 days before the festival or at the group’s arrival to the hotel, according to the agreement until 15.04.2024.
