Директор: Murat Erdem Conditions for participation: Please, send by email minimum 6 digital pictures and a short description of your group and videos or links and descriptions of your performances. The groups are requested to arrive in Hotel on 26 October 2023 - 12:00 and depart on 30 October 2023 - 12:00, after breakfast. The Groups will stay in hotels https://g.page/vistahotelsilivri?share or https://bluevistahotel.com and similar hotels Festival Committee prefers dance groups with live music but recorded music is also acceptable. The groups will prepare 5-10 minutes programs. All groups have to prepare minimum 2 different performances. The number of participants and age are not limited. Pocket money will not be paid to the groups by Festival Committee. Each group should bring a flag of their country with them. Participant who will come by plane we will pick up at İSTANBUL AIRPORT, free transfer will be provided Participation fee: 150 Euro per person - 5 days (4 nights - 2 meals - Open buffet breakfast and dinner) Supplement for single room is 15 Euro per person per day. On every 25 participants one member is free of charge! (24 paying + 1 free) Participation fee includes: Organizational expenses. Gift provided for each person is an attendance certificate. Any group willing to participate must submit an Application form. Approved groups pay in advance a 10% guarantee fee, which is to be deducted at the final payment. As a second step: As confirmation of its participation in the festival, a group pays in advance 1 000 € (which is not reimbursable in case of declination of participation). The rest of the amount is to be paid 15 days before the festival or at the group’s arrival to the hotel, according to the agreement.
