Conditions of participation:

• The group should send minimum 6 digital pictures and a short description of your group and videos or links and descriptions of your performances.
• The groups are requested to arrive in İSPARTA on 31 May 2024 - 10:00 and depart on 04 June 2024 - 12:00, after breakfast.
• We will pick up at Antalya, Ankara or İstanbul Airport, We will provide airport transfer. Who will come by bus - we will give 250 lt diesel.
• Gifts provide for each person is an attendance festival hat, t-shirt and certificate. Each group should bring flags of their countries with them.
• Each group should bring flags of their countries and 4 gifts with them.
• We will prefer for dance groups with live music but recorded music also acceptable.
• The groups will prepare 6-8 minutes programs.
• All groups have to prepare minimum 2 different performances.
• Pocket money will not be paid to the groups by Festival Committee.

Participation fee:

• 50 euro per person

The Groups will stay at high quality hostel 2 and 3 -4 beds a room and inside bathroom. 3 meals daily.

Any group willing to participate must submit an Application form.
Approved groups pay in advance a 10% guarantee fee, which is to be deducted at the final payment.

Second step: The rest of the amount is to be paid 15 days before the festival or at the group’s arrival to the hotel, according to the agreement. Last time for deposit 15.03.2024.
