Директор: Mr. Łukasz Chojnacki Terms and conditions of participation: Application may be submitted by traditional and/or stylized children's dance groups. The age of participants is 16 years old (born in 2007 and younger). Except for: Band members and soloists (acting together with the children's group). The organizer reserves the right to give permission for the participation of a person born before 2007 (more than 16 years old). Each application is considered individually, and the decision made is not subject to appeal. The cost of participation is: 25 people at 0 EUR/person/day (including the group leader and drivers). accommodation in three-/four-bed rooms. participants shall be divided by gender. accommodation and the canteen are located at the Festival base. the group leader shall be provided with a 1-bed room. Each additional person at 25 EUR/person/day - accommodation in three-/four-bed rooms Candidates are required to complete and sign the Application Form (through which they give their consent to the terms and conditions contained in the Rules and Regulations), and then send it to the address of the Festival Office no later than 15.06.2023. The following documents shall be sent to the Festival Office by 15.06.2023: short cv of the group in english, 10 hight resolution colour photos (in jpg format) of the band for the catalogue video recordings (in avi format) with the band’s performances which shall be presented at the Festival (see § 3 point 5) Obligations of the organizer: The Organising Committee shall send an official invitation to the selected groups to confirm their participation in the Festival by 30.06.2023. Bands with live music shall be given the priority to be chosen During the Festival, the Organiser shall provide accommodation three meals a day basic medical care The organiser shall provide gratuitous transport for the duration of the Festival (within the Festival programme) with the exception of the transport from and to the airport (see § 4 poitn4). The participants shall receive commemorative diplomas and souvenirs. Each group shall have a guide (a group counsellor) assigned, at the group leader’s call for 24 hours a day. Events of the festival: The Festival is based in the city of Puławy. The main aim of the Festival is to promote folklore, culture of individual nations as well as international cooperation. The Festival is not a competitive confrontation. The duration of the Festival: 8-14.08.2022 The folk groups shall be ready to take part in the Festival’s programme with: three different performances up to 10-15 minutes (total 30-45 minutes) a fragment of the performances for the purpose of the parade of about 2 minutes The Festival’s programme comprises: the opening ceremony performances on open-air and indoor stages (in Puławy and nearby towns) the parades meetings with local authorities evening of national traditions closing ceremony Taking photos and recording is an integral part of the Festival. (see §4 article 11) Obligations of the participants: Shall the soundtrack for the performance be playbacked, it shall be delivered in the audio extension. Live music performances (with a band) are prioritised. Groups arriving by a coach shall cover the costs of the transport. The coach shall be at their disposal for the duration of the festival. The participants shall cover the cost of the kilometres travelled. The Organiser may provide a transport from and to the airport for groups arriving by a plane at 5 EUR/1km - cost of this transport shall be covered by the participants. The participants shall have heath and travel insurance. The participants shall cover the potential costs of a required entry visa for the territory of the Republic of Poland. Groups are expected to bring national flags and commemorative gifts for the exchange with other groups, the Organiser and for the local authorities. The participants shall be at the Organisers disposal for the duration of the Festival and shall take part in all the prepared ventures. Groups may leave the premises of the Festival no sooner than after the closing ceremony, which is scheduled for 13.08.2023. The participants shall follow the Festival programme and the daily plan delivered by the Organiser. Neither groups, nor soloists shall receive a royalty as it happens at: radio and television recordings photography interviews The participants shall cover costs of any property damage. Safety regulations: All the groups shall be accommodated in a closed vicinity. The Organiser shall provide disinfectants and masks. All the persons taking part in the Event shall follow the recommendations of the Organisers representatives in order to ensure the security and order. The Organiser stipulates a right to remove participants from the premises of the event who shall not follow provisions hereto. Such persons shall lose their right to complaints and claim against the Organiser. Currently abiding health standard and regulations of the competent ministers shall be followed within the premises of the Festival and the accommodation base due to the COVID-19 pandemics. The participants shall sanitise their hands and cover their mouth and nose with a mask or shields for the duration of the Festival within the Festival premises. The exception are stage performances for the purpose of which the Organiser gives consent not to use the security measures mentioned above. Final provisions: The tentative Festival plan shall be presented to the participants along with the official invitation. The final Festival plan shall be presented to the groups on their arrival. In matters not covered by these regulations, provisions of the Civil Code in force in the Republic of Poland shall apply. Groups declaring their participation in I ICFF World Wide Kids 2023, declare that they have familiarised themselves with their content and give their full consent hereto.
