Conditions of participation:

• The group should send minimum 6 digital pictures and a short description of your group and videos or links and descriptions of your performances.
• The Groups will stay at hotel https://g.page/vistahotelsilivri?share or https://bluevistahotel.com.
• The number of participants is not limited.
• Dancers must be between 8-16 years old.
• The groups are requested to arrive in İstanbul on 17 May 2024 - 12:00 and depart on 21 May 2024 - 12:00, after breakfast.
• Gifts provide for each person is an attendance certificate.
• Each group should bring flags of their countries with them.
• We will prefer for dance groups with live music but recorded music also acceptable.
• Pocket money will not be paid to the groups by Festival Committee.
• The groups should prepare 5-10 minutes programs. All groups have to prepare minimum 2 different performances.

Participation fee:

• 165 Euro per person

It covers organizational expenses, accommodation in a Hotel for 4 nights with 2 meals per day (Open buffet breakfast and dinner).

On every 25 participants one member is free of charge (24+1).

For double rooms there is a supplement of 10 Euro per person per day, for single room 20 Euro per person per day.

Any group willing to participate must submit an Application form.
Approved groups pay in advance a 10% guarantee fee, which is to be deducted at the final payment.
