The festival will be held on the stage of the cultural center of the capital of Georgia, Tbilisi.
During their stay on the territory of Georgia, the teams will have the opportunity not only to learnfrom the festival, but also to see many interesting and colorful places of the ancient state, to get acquainted with Georgian history and culture, traveling to the regions of Georgia.
The festival program consists of performances, round tables, an award ceremony and excursion tours in order to get acquainted with the cultural and historical heritage of the country.

Main goals and objectives of the festival:

  • Creating opportunities for children, adolescents and young people to communicate creatively;
  • Identification of new talents;
  • Development of culture and strengthening of interethnic cooperation;
  • The opportunity to get acquainted with the samples of national culture and art;
  • Acquaintance with the best creative teams, establishment of creative contacts between collectives;
  • Exchange of experience of the participating countries in the artistic education of children, adolescents and youth;
  • Creation of conditions for the support and development of children's and youth creativity

Conditions of participation in the festival:

The festival is attended by children's (from 5 to 16 years old), youth (from 16 to 25 years old) and adult (from 26 years and above) groups and individual performers in the following nominations:
vocals, choreography, instrumental genre , original genre, theatrical creativity, artistic word, fashion theaters, fine arts, arts and crafts, photo art.
 
I. Vocals (folk, estradny, jazz, academic)
1. Solo;
2. Duets;
3. Ensembles (from 3 to 4 people);
4. Show groups;
5. Choirs.
The duration of the work is not more than 4 minutes.
 
II. Choreography (folk, pop, classical, ballroom dance, modern, jazz, street dance, hip-hop, break dance, disco, belly dance, etc.)
1. Solo;
2. Duets;
3. Small forms (from 3 to 4 people);;
4. Ensembles.
The duration of the work is not more than 5 minutes.

III. Instrumental genre (folk, classical, pop, jazz)
1. Solo;
2. Duets;
3. Small forms (from 3 to 4 people);
4. Ensembles;
5. Orchestras.
The duration of the work is not more than 4 minutes.
 
IV. Original genre (circus acts, acrobatics, clowning, gymnastics, juggling, show with subject, illusion, etc.)
1. Solo;
2. Duets;
3. Small forms (from 3 to 4 people);
4. Collective;
The duration of the work is not more than 5 minutes.
 
V. Theatrical creativity (dramatic performance, puppet theater, musical, plastic and pantomime, street theater, parody theater, shadow theater, one-man show, etc.)
The duration of the work is not more than 10 minutes.
 
VI. Artistic word (poems, prose, fable)
The duration of the work is not more than 4 minutes.
 
VII. Fashion theaters (retro collection, ethno-collection, collection of the future, collection in the style of "modern", know-how collection, etc.)
The duration of the work is not more than 10 minutes.
 
VIII. Fine Arts (Painting, Graphics, Design)
Participants provide 3 works.
 
IX. Decorative and applied arts (work with wood (carving, painting, birch bark, marquetry), work with clay (ceramics, sculpture of small forms), weaving (tapestry, lace, embroidery, patchwork), work with metal (embossing, jewelry art), natural materials (straw, vines, reeds, other natural materials)
Participants provide 3 works.
 
X. Photographic Art
Participants provide 3 works.

Age categories:

1) up to 6 years
2) 7 - 9 years
3) 10 - 12 years
4) 13 - 15 years
5) 16 - 19 years
6) 20 - 25 years
7) from 26 years
8) mixed age category.

Festival requirements:

- Each collectionmust submit 2 numbers
- Each individual performer - 1 number
- Phonogram carriers are CD, FLASH media or mini disc with high sound quality.
For the nominations "Fine Arts", "DecorativeBut-Applied Arts" and "Photo Art", the festival-competition will be held in the form of an exhibition of works.
Each participant must present 3 works at the festival.
Requirements for the design of works:
for the nomination "Fine Arts" a sign must be pasted at work, which indicates: city, institution, surname, name of the child, age, job title, manager;
for the nomination "Decorative and Applied Arts" near the work there should be a plate where the following are indicated: city, institution, surname, name of the child, age, name of the work, head;
for the nomination "Photo Art" on the reverse side of the photo should be indicated: institution, surname, name of the child, job title, age, head.

Awarding of the festival participants:

At the end of the festival, a solemn awarding of the participants will take place. All participants will receive commemorative diplomas, souvenirs with the symbols of the festival from the company "MAGIC GROUP" and "ART - FEST ASSOCIATION".

Program of the festival:

Day 1 - Arrival of participants and guests of the festival, transfer from the airport, registration, accommodation of participants and guests of the festival in a hotel in Tbilisi after 14.00. Lunch (extra charge). Spare time.
An evening of acquaintances, a meeting with leaders. Supper. Overnight in a hotel in Tbilisi.

Day 5 - Breakfast. Check-out at 12.00. Departure of participants and guests of the festival, transfer to Airport.

Participation fee:

  • 240 Euro per person (for 3-4 bed accommodation);
  • 260 Euro per person (for 2-bed accommodation);
  • 320 Euro per person (for 1 bed);
  • For 20 participants, 1 leader is free of charge.
(Managers, if desired, are accommodated in 2-bed rooms at no extra charge).

  • The cost of an additional day with 2 meals a day is:
    in a 3-4-bed room – 40 Euro,

  • In case of arrival at the hotel 06.00 – 12.00 – surcharge of 50% of the daily cost;
  • In case of arrival at the hotel 00.00 – 06.00 – surcharge of 100% of the daily cost;
  • In case of release of the hotel 12.00 – 18.00 – surcharge of 50% of the daily cost;
  • In case of release of the hotel 18.00 – 00.00 – surcharge of 100% of the daily cost.

Any group willing to participate must submit an Application form.
Approved groups pay in advance a 10% guarantee fee, which is to be deducted at the final payment.
