In some cases, exceptions can be allowed in the age groups, which must be coordinated with the directorate of the festival on an individual basis. Tolerance in age limits withing the nomination is 20%. Festival's jury: The Jury is designated by the organizational committee and comprises the honored figures of the Czech and European culture, teachers of leading musical and choreographic institutes of Europe. Evaluation criteria: general impression (maximum 10 points) performance technique (maximum 10 points) acting mastery (maximum 10 points) music accompaniment(maximum 10 points) originality of performance and interpretation (maximum 10 points) costumes and properties esthetics (maximum 10 points) TOTAL: maximum of 60 points from every jury member Awarding of the participants: The Jury defines winners by awarding diplomas as follows: Grand Prix Laureate of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd degrees Diploma of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd degrees Participant of the Festival Audience award (online votes) Money prize: Collective, awarded by Grand Prix, obtains money prize of 200 Euro (two hundreds Euro). Prize is presented to the collective’s leader during Gala concert in cash Jury decides according to gained points. In case of disputable situation, decision is made by the Jury Chairperson. Jury’s decisions are final and can’t be disputed. Jury is entitled not to award Grand Prix, if none of the collectives gained needed quantity of points. (minimum quantity of points for getting Grand Prix is 95% of maximal available points) Jury is entitled not to award money prize for the best solo, if none of the soloists gained needed quantity of points. (minimum quantity of points for getting the prize is 95% of maximal available points) Based on the results of the jury’s assessment, the top 10 numbers with the highest number of points will be selected. The vote will be held in the instagram profile @pitagross. The participant with the highest number of votes / likes will receive a diploma of audience sympathy. Place: ONLINE Deadlines: Application’s deadline is 01/02/2021 Deadline for sending the links is 20/03/2021 Verification of materials from March 20 to 25 inclusive. During this time, you will be contacted if there are problems with the video or application. Summarizing the results – 25/03/2021 - 01/04/2021. Diplomas will be sent until 01/04/2021 inclusive by email. All the materials must be uploaded on youtube or instagram. Make sure that your video is available for all accounts. Participation fee: The participation in the festival requires payment. 25 Еuro per collective/soloist (“professional/stage video), next nomination/s is 20 euro per collective/soloist 15 Еuro per collective/soloist (home video), next nomination is 10 euro per collective/soloist For an additional fee, you can order: video or written expert assessment of the jury member (the form of submission of the assessment depends on the jury member). Price is 15 euro sending the paper version of the diploma by post mail. Price is 10 euro certificate of participation for each participant. Price is 15 euro (up to 10 participants) / 20 euro (from 10 participants) Application: Each participant (collective or soloist) must complete an application form. Payment: As a response on the approving participation Organization Committee sends the payment info. Each participant of the competition (team or soloist) makes a payment Detailed info will be sent by email. Results: The results of the competition will be summed up from 10th of April to 20 st of April 2021 inclusive. The results of the competition will be published on the website on April 20 st, 2021 of the organizer. Diplomas will be sent by 20.04.2021 (inclusive) by email in jpeg format. When ordering certificates of participation: certificates will be sent by email on April 20st, 2021. When ordering an expert assessment: the expert assessment will be sent on April 25tht, 2021 (with translation into English/Russian). When ordering to send the printed version of the diploma: the diploma will be on April 25th, 2021.
