Location: Tsarevo (Bulgarian: Царево, also transliterated Carevo or Tzarevo) is a town and seaside resort in southeastern Bulgaria, an administrative centre of the homonymous Municipality of Tsarevo in Burgas Province. In the past, it was known as Vasiliko (Greek: Βασιλικόν) and Michurin (Bulgarian: Мичурин). It lies on a cove 70 km southeast of Burgas, on the southern Bulgarian Black Sea Coast at the eastern foot of Strandzha mountain, at a few kilometers from Strandzha Nature Park. Kiten (Wikipedia) - Primorsko (Bulgarian: Приморско) is a town and seaside resort in southeastern Bulgaria, part of Burgas Province. A well-known resort on the Bulgarian Black Sea Coast, it is located on a gore 52 km south of Burgas and has a beach strip of about 1 km². The average temperature is 27°C in July, often reaching 30-33°C and making Primorsko a favourable place for tourism. The rivers Ropotamo and Dyavolska reka run close to the town, and the Snake Island reserve is also nearby. Festival is held within the framework of Musical Feasts "Euro Folk" with the support of: Municipality of Tsarevo, Primorsko, Kiten Hosts of the festival are the towns of Tsarevo and Kiten, Burgas region, Bulgaria. The festival has an excellent quality certificate, issued by EAFF. Basic Information: XIX Black Sea Fest "Euro Folk 2022" will be held within the scope of Musical Feasts "Euro Folk", which are held in different European towns and countries during the entire 2022. Musical Feasts "Euro Folk" comprise a lot of musical festivals and are held under the aegis of the European Association of Folklore Festivals - EAFF. The Festival goal is to present and promote the cultural living heritage of different countries and to provide an opportunity to get together for a new friendships and tolerance in cultural diversity. XIX Black Sea Fest "Euro Folk 2022" is held in 5 days and 3 evening concerts. Main task of the organizers is to ensure the creative groups an access to the stage, to gather them in a competition program aimed at defining the best ones and to popularize the award winners of the festival by broadcasting their art in the European TV channels as well as repeatedly on Internet television "EuroFolkTV". Contest follows the rules of World Rank List System. Every group has the right to participate. Children's ensembles (2/3 of the participants must be 18 years old or younger), Adults' ensembles (2/3 of the participants must be older than 18 year old). Each group should consist of most 52 members including dancers, managers and musicians. Ensembles and Choral groups should prepare at least 10 minutes with orchestra or recordings on CD/ Flash memory. Groups should send us short CV in English and 2-3 photos. Groups should bring a flag of the country. Ensembles should have arranged own transport for arrival and departure. For the groups arriving by plane, the organizing committee can organize transfers from and to the airport. Organizing Committee can not guarantee the realization of excursions, ordered after the time-limit or during the festival. Regulations for participation in the contest: If the group does not wish to participate in the competition program, participation is possible and the group will receive a certificate of participation. Categories of the competition: Folklore songs; Folklore dances; Ensembles; Urban songs and romances; Individual performers. Age categories: Adults and children up to 18 years - in all categories. Conditions for accreditation of participants: Those who wish to take part in the Festival must submit application forms, by which they formally agree with the conditions laid by these Regulations. Participants should send demo records of not less than two performances. After the submission of an application, participants should send annotation and promo-materials such as photos. In case the requests for participation for one competition day exceed the permissible, the jury makes a preliminary selection based on the given records and informs in written form all candidates in which day they will perform. Participation in a second category is paid additionally - 100 Euro per group. The jury is international and consists of 3 people. Unambiguous text: The artists or presenting organizations participating in the festival give the right to the organizers of any video and audio recordings. Recordings will be arranged in a program presenting the festival and broadcasted by TV channels or some other way, for which a contract will be signed. Awards: Grand Prix "Orpheus" and a Diploma. First awards and a diploma in each category. The jury evaluates the participants in accordance with the regulations. The jury can award the best performances with a free of charge shooting and producing of a video clip. All award winners receive a Honorary sign of "Euro Folk" and laureates titles. In the opinion of the jury and the producers, the best performers and artistic leaders may be honoured with a Diploma for obtaining the rank Maestro or Maestro Academician. The diplomas shall be awarded by the Ministry of Culture of the relevant country. Participants can order а DVD with full recordings of their performances and video clips with additional payment. These products will be with the rights of broadcasting in the respective country. The music accompanying program can be live orchestra or recordings on CD, Flash memory. The order of sound-check, rehearsals and performances for each day is defined by the organizers. Participants do not get paid for their performances. General Conditions: Payments are based on the chosen by the groups festival package and hould be deposited in Euro. The sender covers all the bank fees. Completed application means acceptance of the terms stated in the present regulations. The registration of participants will take place upon their arrival in Kiten, Hotel "Kremikovtsi". The festival can organize the transfers for the groups from and to airport. Near airports: Burgas (Bulgaria) - 65 km, Varna (Bulgaria) - 190 km, Sofia (Bulgaria) - 450 km, Istanbul (Turkey) - 350 km. The cost of the transportation will be covered by the group and will be additionally agreed according to number of travelers. Any group, willing to participate, must submit an Application form. Approved groups pay in advance a 10% guarantee fee, which is to be deducted at the final payment. Next step: payment of 20% for booking the accommodation. Payment of the rest of the sum 70% - 15 days before the beginning of the festival, or upon arrival during the registration with permission of organizers.
