Conditions for participation:

  • Participants in the Gathering can be workers in education, preschool, health and cultural workers as individuals, as well as artistic ensembles, choirs, singing groups, orchestras, folklore ensembles of all ages if they accept the offered conditions for participation,-
  • Individual participants can be participants in the program, as observers or as active participants in the conference where they can nominate their topics for discussion,-
  • Ensembles perform their program of their choice for no longer than 15 minutes in accordance with the program of the meeting.


April 29 - Thursday - first day: departure of the ensemble from the agreed place. Night ride, with shorter stopovers,
April 30 - Friday - second day: arrival in the morning in Ohrid, accommodation in a selected hotel and a day off for individual sightseeing of the old town. Possible sightseeing with the help of the official tourist guide of Ohrid,
- Dinner and working agreement for the participants of the meeting. Overnight.
April 31 - Saturday - third day: after breakfast, departure of participants for a tour of St. Nauma, with a passing tour of Biljana's springs, Sojenica with an optional lunch. Sightseeing of the monastery and free time. There is a possibility of a short trip to the Republic of Albania (located about 4km from the monastery),
- In the afternoon, if the epidemiological conditions allow it, a parade of participants in costumes with a short presentation of their program through the pedestrian zone of the old town. Dinner and Overnight together
May 1 - Sunday - fourth day: after breakfast preparation for leaving the hotel, free time to tour the city, shopping and possible lunch at a restaurant on the coast (fish grill). Departure in the late afternoon. Night ride with shorter stopovers,
May 2 - Monday - Day 5: Arrival at your destination in the morning
The Organizer reserves the right to change the program, due to the circumstances of the pandemic, which may occur without the will and consent of the Organizer, based on the decisions of the North Macedonian authorities.                                                                                        

Participation fee:

  • 63 euro per person

Participation fee includes:

  • Two half board in hotels (dinner-bed-breakfast) in triple and quadruple rooms,
  • International health insurance,
  • Organizational costs.
Supplement for a double room is 10 euros per person, and for a single 30 euros. An additional day for half board in ¾ rooms is 30 euros.
The registration fee does not include the transport of the ensemble during arrival, departure and meeting, the costs of the local tourist guide, sightseeing by boat, as well as all other forms of non-board consumption
Each 26th participant is free (valid for organized groups)                     

Any group willing to participate must submit an Application form.
Approved groups pay in advance a 10% guarantee fee to EAFF, which is to be deducted at the final payment

As a next step, participants should fill in the attached application and pay an advance in the amount of 20.00 euros. The rest of the agreed registration fee can be paid before entering the hotel.
In case the event is canceled due to pandemic conditions, the advance payment will be returned to each participant. In other cases of cancellation, the advance will not be refunded.
Deadline for registration until the available accommodation capacity is filled. Ensembles will be accepted in the order of application.
