Internatıonal Dance and Music Festival "KUSADASI DAYS" will be arranged between 08 - 12 June 2023 in KUŞADASI, TÜRKİYE.

Kuşadası is a beach resort town on Turkey’s western Aegean coast. A jumping-off point for visiting the classical ruins at nearby Ephesus (or Efes), it’s also a major cruise ship destination. Its seafront promenade, marina, and harbor are lined with hotels and restaurants. Just offshore on Pigeon Island is a walled Byzantine castle that once guarded the town, connected to the mainland via causeway.

General rules:

• Participants have to come to Kuşadası on 08 June 2023м(hotel check in time is 14.00) and leaving time is 12 June 2023, starting from 11.00 a.m. (after breakfast).
• The number of participants is not limited.
• Participants can use USB or live music.
• Participants will show their performances in place which is in accordance with the festival committee’s decision.
• Festival commitee will take care of weather conditions.
• Participants should prepare performances with duration from 8 to 12 minutes.
• Performances will be shown in open area (8*8 meters).
• Festival committee will give a guide to all groups while festival. Festival language is English.
• Every type of travel, health insurance and other insurances are in groups owns.
• Each group should bring flags of their countries with them.
• There is no limit for the age of participants.
• The following groups can join the festival:
  • Folk Dance groups
  • Modern Dance groups
  • Music group
  • Majorette groups
  • Rhytmic Gymnastics groups
  • Dance Theatre groups
• Participants should send 5 different pictures of their group and 1 video (which includes their performances).
• There will be historical and touristy trips for participiants in free time. Furthermore, there will be aquapark and yacht trip tours (with extra payment).

Participation fee:

• 159 Еuro per person for 5 days - 4 AII Inclusive
  • The hotel in which the groups will be accommodated is very close to the seaside.
  • 4* hotel (3-4 beds in each room).
  • Hotel has All Inclusive service.
  • Double room price - 48 Euro per person per day.
  • Single room price - 68 Euro per person per day.
  • Triple rooms has 1 french bed and 1 single bed. Quadruple rooms has 1 french bed, 1 single bed and 1 extra bed. Extra bed is smaller than other beds.
  • Extra day price is 40 Euro per person.
  • Every 25 people - 1 person is free.
