Participants are ensembles from Sri Lanka, Indonesia, India, Poland, Ukraine, Greece, Turkey, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Georgia, Romania, Slovenia, Montenegro, Italy, Sweden, Moldavia, Armenia, Lithuania, North Macedonia, Croatia, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Bulgaria, Hungary, Latvia…

Program of the festival:


Arival of Ensembles at Hotel, room accommodation, and facultative tour of Prague with attendance of professional local guides: walk through main avenue Vaclav…, National museum, then Staromestke namesti (main town square) and view on famous astronomical watch-Orloj. Departure to a famous Prague ghetto-Jew square and visit to Staronov Synagogue. Then departure to Vltava and tour of Carl’s bridge, the Old tower and monument to Carl the IV, National divaldo (theater) and then return to hotel. Diner. Facultative departure to some of the discotheques for social activities and entertainment. Return to hotel. Overnight stay.


Breakfast. Festival day. Sound check. Perform of cultural-art societies. Receiving of certificates. Dinner. Facultative: Mutually– friendly night. Overnight stay.


After breakfast facultative whole day tour to Carl’s Vari, the most famous health resort in Czech and one of the most famous in Europe which was visited by many European rulers, brilliant painters, poets, and other famous people or whole day excursion to beautiful city of Dresden, the capital of the German federal state of Saxony, located on the banks of the Elbe River, which gives the entire landscape a special beauty. Dresden is decorated with a long and interesting history, a large number of monuments that testify to the golden times of Saxony and incredible stories about the former ruling family, and especially about Augustus the Strong. The Semper Opera House, the Zwinger, the Cathedral, the Royal Palace, museums, galleries, the New Synagogue, the bridges on the Elbe, promenades and squares are just some of the sights of this magical city. Free time for individual activities until departure to Prague!!! Return to Prague. Going back to hotel. Dinner. Overnight stay.

Breakfast. Facultative ship tour on the river Vltava. Return to hotel. Leaving the hotel and unfortunately moving of all ensembles back to their arrival point of departure with another meeting next year!

Participation fee:

  • 105 Euro per person for 2 nights with half board at Hotels like: Hotel Olympik Congress****, Top hotel****, Olympik Tri star***, Hotel Abito***...
  • 125 Euro per person for 3 nights with half board at Hotel Abito***
  • 135 Euro per person for 3 nights with half board at Hotels like: Olympik Congress Hotel****, Top hotel****, Olympik Tri Star***…

* Paying goes in several month payments till departure time.

Participation fee includes:

  • Hotel accommodation in Prague based on 2/ 3 half board in 1/3 and 1/4 rooms (supplement for 1/2 room is from 5 to 7 Euro per person per night - depends on the Hotel);
  • Оrganization expenses;
  • Free place on every 25th member;
  • Degrees;
  • Inviting letter.

Participation fee does not include:

  • Additional day in some of Hotels is from 35 Euro per person in 1/3 or 1/4 room (price depends on the chosen Hotel);
  • Tourist tax 2 Euro per day, for persons older than 18 years old;
  • Facultative tours (tour of Prague from 5 Euro per person, Dresden 35 Euro, Carlstein 25 Euro, Carl's vari 35 Euro, Discoteques 15 Euro, Ship tour 15 Euro). Prices depend on the number of people;
  • Refundable deposit at Hotels;
  • Transport, parking, insurance.

Note: All ensembles must provide their own music, leading orchestar or music CDs. Each ensemble is obligated to set performance in duration of 5 - 15 minutes.


Any group willing to participate must submit an Application form.
Approved groups pay in advance a 10% guarantee fee, which is to be deducted at the final payment.
