Director: Victoria Mikhailova The aim of the festival-competition is to promote culture worldwide, preserve and develop national cultures and traditions, and present the finest examples of world classics and contemporary art. The event seeks to promote a healthy lifestyle, encourage the creative activity of talented children, youth, and adults, and develop international relations. The festival fosters cooperation and the exchange of experience among professionals working in the field of artistic creativity for children, youth, and adults. Participants: Soloists, small groups, ensembles / chamber groups, and large groups are invited to participate. The festival is competitive in nature. Technical requirements: The competition program must fit within the allotted time (1–2 performances within the assigned time limit): Soloists, duets, trios – up to 4 minutes Small groups (4–10 participants) – up to 6 minutes Ensembles and groups (11 or more participants) – up to 9 minutes Exceptions: Folklore – groups up to 10 minutes Theatrical arts – groups up to 10 minutes Participants are entitled to take part in several genre categories based on separate applications and separate fees for each entry. Age groups: MINI KIDS: 4–6 years KIDS: 7–9 years CHILDREN: 10–13 years JUNIOR: 14–17 years ADULTS: 18+ years SENIORS: 50+ years MIXED GROUPS Genres: Performers and groups may participate in the following categories: Nomination: “Folklore” Folklore ensembles may present a fragment of a traditional ritual, dance, or song, perform on traditional folk instruments, or create a performance based on the folklore of the country represented by the ensemble – up to 10 minutes. Nomination: “Vocal” (soloists, duets, ensembles, choirs) – pop vocals, folk vocals, classical vocals, jazz vocals – original compositions Vocalists may perform with accompaniment or a cappella. All performances must be presented using an instrumental backing track (“minus one”) or live accompaniment. The use of backing vocals on the track is permitted. Doubling of the main melodic line (instrumentally or vocally) for soloists is prohibited. Nomination: “Instrumental” (soloists, duets, ensembles) This category includes performances on string and plucked instruments, wind instruments, percussion instruments, keyboard instruments other than piano, as well as folk instruments. Solo performances, duets, and instrumental ensembles are permitted (there is no piano category). Nomination: “Choreography” (soloists, duets, ensembles) – folk dance, stylized folk dance, classical dance, ballroom dance (European program, Latin American program, formations), modern/contemporary, jazz dance, artistic dance, street dance, children’s choreography, oriental dance, acrobatics with elements of choreography, majorettes (choreography with props / parade dance), cheerleading (acrobatic) / cheer dance (pom dance), flash mob, show program. Nomination: “Theatrical Arts” (soloists, duets, ensembles) – groups up to 10 minutes – stage miniatures, recitation, theatrical performance Nomination: “Circus Arts” (soloists, duets, ensembles) – stage miniatures, circus performances Nomination: “Defilée” (soloists, duets, ensembles) – fashion theaters and modeling agencies. Other genres – according to submitted applications. Participation in the festival requires sending the application form along with a high-quality music track to the Organizer’s e-mail by 20 April. In case the performance exceeds the declared time, the Organizer reserves the right to stop the performance. Awards: Diamond Champion: Diamond Grand Prix cup, festival medals, and Diamond Grand Prix diploma Grand Prix Winner: cup, festival medals, and diploma Small Grand Prix Winner: cup, festival medals, and diploma 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th Place Winners: individual diplomas, festival medals, and a team cup “Participant” Diploma for groups/soloists placing below 4th place “Debut” Diploma for participants in the MINI KIDS category (4–6 years) Congratulatory letters for teachers and team leaders On Jury recommendation: certificates for FREE participation in future festivals-competitions organized by the organizers All participants receive festival souvenirs from the Organizers (badges/magnets/notebooks), individual diplomas, and festival medals. Souvenir sets may vary. Our festivals are not just competitions—they are international events where participants can make new friendships and immerse themselves in a creative, joyful atmosphere. Participants take part in excursions, social events, and compete for the festival’s highest award – Diamond Champion. Jury: The Jury is appointed by the Organizers and includes representatives from the fields of culture, art, social organizations, media, and other distinguished personalities from the participating countries. The permanent Jury consists of 5 members. Evaluation is conducted on a 10-point scale. The Jury has the right to: provide recommendations to participants award special prizes to performers in consultation with the Organizing Committee, make changes to the regulations or decide not to award prizes in selected categories withhold the Grand Prix if the score is insufficient Jury decisions are final and cannot be appealed. Information: Application deadline: 1 April 2026, or earlier if accommodation or the competition schedule is fully booked. Invoices for festival fees will be issued after receiving the application and confirming participation. The Organizing Committee provides accommodation and a cultural program (excursions) in consultation with participants. Delegations may include performers as well as accompanying persons – the number of participants is not limited. Underage participants must remain under the supervision of parents and/or guardians, who are responsible for the safety of the children, personal belongings, costumes, and props. In case of damage, costs are covered by the guardians. Program: 20.05.2026 Arrival in Pesaro, accommodation in a 3-star hotel located on the Adriatic Sea, with two meals per day. Accommodation in 3–4-person rooms with private bathrooms. For group leaders (for groups of 20 or more participants), a double room is provided. Leisure time by the sea. Dinner. 21.05.2026 Leisure time by the sea, walking tour of Pesaro. During free time, optional excursions: Bus excursion to San Marino, one of the smallest countries in the world. The combination of its unique natural landscape with medieval architecture amazes even the most experienced travelers. 22–23.05. 2026 Competition dates are to be confirmed. Official Festival opening, competition and concert performances on the stage of TEATRO “G. Santi”. Awards Gala Ceremony (tentatively planned on an open-air stage by the sea). Additional concert performances may also be included in the festival program. 24 .05. 2026 Breakfast. Free day by the sea. Olive oil and wine tasting at a local family-owned producer. Participants will learn about the production process of olive oil and wine, regional traditions, and the history of the family workshop, and will have the opportunity to taste products typical for the area. 25.05. 2026 Breakfast.
