Conditions for participation:

• Please, send by email minimum 6 digital pictures and a short description of your group and videos or links and descriptions of your performances.
• The groups will stay at hostel. 2 and 3 beds in a room and also WC. The number of participants must be 40 people with driver.
• The groups are requested to arrive in Akşehir on 05 July 2024 - 09:00 and depart on 10 July 2024- 10:00, after breakfast.
• Gifts provide for each person is an attendance certificate.
• Each group should bring flags of their countries with them.
• We will prefer for dance groups with live music but recorded music also acceptable.
• Pocket money will not be paid to the groups by Festival Committee. We will give 250 lt diesel.
• The groups will prepare 5-10 minutes programs. All groups have to prepare minimum 2 different performances.

Participation fee:

• 50 Euro per person

Any group willing to participate must submit an Application form.
Approved groups pay in advance a 10% guarantee fee, which is to be deducted at the final payment.
