world. It is a creative change that offers all participants the opportunity to fully reveal their artistic talents, regardless of type and age, and to learn new and interesting information for more artistic events!

Festival will start at 15 OCTOBER 2024 16:00 and will end at 19 OCTOBER 2024 10:00.

FESTIVAL MEDICAL INSURANCE: All groups are required to secure MEDICAL INSURANCE before coming to festival. Organization committee won’t pay any medical or hospital cost incurred at the festival period. However, for any emergency situations, we will provide an ambulance.

Conditions:

  • 8 years old and above dancers can join the festival.
  • Singing ensembles, majorettes, chorus, folk dance and modern dance groups are welcome to participate.
  • Groups will present a performances of 5, 10, 15 minutes.
  • Music can be live or CD.
  • The group should be accompanied by national flags (small and 2 large in the number of participants), souvenirs, books, postcards, brochures, and other features that describe this nationality and to organize compulsory sales exhibitions and meetings.
  • Of course, we will compete a team. Exemplary candidates will be determined at the first meeting of leaders. Most likely: - ETHNO, folk scene, modern, universal .... etc.

Awards:

Winners of three degrees, three degrees of diploma are in the nomination of each competition. All collectors participating in the festival competition will be given awards and diplomas from the founders of the festival, the organizers and sponsors of the festival.

Participation fee:

  • 195 Euro per person (5 days/ 4 nights)
3 meals a day, drinks between 10:00 - 22:00 (Alcohol is FORBIDDEN!)

Local accommodation in the room for 3-4 people for participants, namely 2+1 and 3+1. It provides a room with 2 beds for management for a team of more than 40 people.

The competition fee is paid upon arrival. All genres, directions of art participate and there are no restrictions in age categories. Attention, the team may not take part in the stage skills competitions.

Participation fee doesn't include:

  • Payment for evaluation of one competition number:
    • Soloist - 40 Euro per participant
    • Duet - 30 Euro per participant
    • Trio - 20 Euro per participant
    • Groups - 10 Euro per participant
  • Transfer from Antalya-Beldibi Airport to Antalya Airport is calculated separately:
    • PER PERSON FOR 5 PEOPLE: 60 EURO
    • PER PERSON FOR 10 PEOPLE: 45 EURO
    • PER PERSON FOR 20 PEOPLE: 35 EURO
    • 30 EURO PER PERSON FOR 50 PEOPLE
    • NOTE: FOR 1, 2, 3, 4 PEOPLE, THIS PRICE IS APPLIED AS 5 PEOPLE. THE TOTAL FEE FOR 5 PEOPLE IS PAID.
  • Transfer costs are calculated separately for soloists, duets and trios if they do not want to wait for the closest group at the airport.

Any group willing to participate must submit an Application form.
Approved groups pay in advance a 10% guarantee fee, which is to be deducted at the final payment
