Director: Victoria Mikhailova X International Competition Festival "Kraków Art Inspirations Festival" Kraków, Poland September 6 - 9, 2024 September 8, 2024 - competition day The International Festival and Competition "Kraków Art Inspirations Festival" has been held in Poland since 2018. Its main goal is to support, promote, and build an international platform for cultural exchange among amateur and professional groups as well as participants. Centrum Kongresowe ICE Kraków is a modern complex for organizing congresses, fairs, concerts, and other cultural events. ICE Kraków offers modern infrastructure designed for a variety of national and international events. The main message of the festival is to search for new talents and stars among the groups and soloists of children and youth, to establish international friendly and creative relationships, to enrich multiculturalism based on mutual respect for cultures and traditions, to popularize the creativity of children and youth, to exchange experiences and creative achievements of participants from different countries, and to enhance the skills and professional qualifications of educators and leaders. Genres: Choreography: folk dance or folk-stylized dance, classical, contemporary/ modern, jazz, artistic, street dance, ballroom dance, show dance, children's dance, show-bellydance Majorettes Folk ensembles, ritual theaters, folk art ensembles Theatrical arts, acting skills Fashion theaters/ fashion shows Other genres, according to accepted applications Choral groups, vocal and choral ensembles Instrumental groups (brass, chamber, string, folk instruments, etc.) Vocal-instrumental ensembles Soloists, small ensembles * The festival is of a competitive nature. Technical requirements: Competitive program within the time limit (1-2 performances): Soloists, duets, trios - 4 minutes. Small groups (4-10 individuals) - 6 minutes. Ensembles and groups (11 or more individuals) - 9 minutes. * Participants have the right to participate in multiple genre categories with separate applications and separate fees for each application. Age groups: MINI Kids 4-6 years old Kids 7-9 years old Children: 10-13 years old Juniors: 14-17 years old Adults: 18 years old and above Seniors: 50 years old and above MIXED GROUPS * Allowed up to 30% of older participants in the younger category. To participate in the festival, it is necessary to submit an application along with a QUALITY backing track to the Organizer's email. In case the performance exceeds the allotted time in the application, the Organizer reserves the right to stop the performance. Awards: Laureates of the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd prizes receive individual diplomas, festival medals, and a cup for the group. The winner of the Small Grand Prix receives a cup, festival medals, and a diploma. The winner of the Grand Prix receives the Great Grand Prix cup, festival medals, and the Grand Prix diploma. Letters of gratitude are awarded to teachers and leaders for their preparation and participation. Upon the recommendation of the Jury, participants receive certificates for FREE participation. * All participants receive commemorative festival merchandise, participant badges, a festival folder for leaders, individual diplomas, and festival medals. Festival fees: Groups (11 or more participants) - 15 Euro per participant. Groups (4-10 participants) - 20 Euro per participant. Duets and trios - 25 Euro per participant. Soloists - 30 Euro per participant. For participation in additional categories: Groups (11 or more participants): additional fee of 5 Euro per participant for each additional application. Groups (4-10 participants): additional fee of 10 Euro per participant for each additional application. Soloists, duets, and trios: additional fee of 15 Euro per participant for each additional application. Jury: The jury panel is formed by the Organizers and consists of representatives from the fields of culture, arts, public organizations, media, and other prominent personalities from participating countries. The permanent jury panel consists of 5 members. Evaluation is conducted on a 10-point scale. The jury has the right to: Provide recommendations to the competition participants. Recognize individual performers and award them with special prizes. By agreement with the organizing committee, make decisions regarding changes to the festival regulations or not award participants with prizes in specific categories. The jury has the right to withhold the Grand Prix if there is an insufficient number ofpoints. * The jury's decision is final and not subject to review. Information: Groups interested in participating must submit an application along with a music track. The organizing committee provides accommodation and a cultural program (tours) in agreement with the participants. The delegation of the group may include artists and their accompanying group. There is no limit to the number of artists and accompanying members. During the festival, the organizers may invite participating groups to take part in joint events such as the opening ceremony, closing ceremony, parade, accompanying concerts, receptions, workshops, and more. The presence of invited groups at various events is mandatory. The fee must be paid upon confirmation of participation, but no later than August 01, 2024. All banking costs are borne by the sender. The organizers' bank details for payment will be provided upon request from the team leader upon receiving the application for participation. September 7, 2024 - An optional city tour will be offered, dedicated to the royal history of Krakow, during which you will step by step discover the city that was the capital of Poland for over 500 years: Royal Castle, Wawel Hill, Old Town, Cloth Hall, the "heart" of the city - Main Market Square, and much more. (Individual participants and small groups will be divided into groups of 25 people each.) Breakfast. Dinner. September 8, 2024 - Breakfast. Festival day - rehearsals on stage, soundcheck. Opening ceremony at the ICE Krakow Congress Centre, city center. Competition performances. In the evening, there will be a solemn Closing Ceremony and awarding of prizes to participants. Dinner. September 9, 2024 - Breakfast. Check-out according to hotel/ hostel rules. Free day in Krakow. Departure.
