Known for its rich historical heritage, impressive architecture and vibrant cultural scene, Baku combines ancient traditions with modern trends. The UNESCO-listed Old City (Icheri Sheher) coexists with futuristic skyscrapers such as the Flaming Towers, making the capital a unique destination for visitors from all over the world. The festival aims to unite dance groups from different countries and cultures, creating a platform for the exchange of traditions, friendship and cooperation. Within the framework of the program, participants will have the opportunity to present their dance traditions to an international audience. Conditions of participation More than one group from each country can participate in the festival. There are no age restrictions for participants. All types of dance formations are allowed (folk dances, Latin, modern, etc.). Groups can include dancers, musicians and leaders. Participants must prepare at least two performances lasting 5-10 minutes. Groups must carry the flag of their country. Participation fee 196 euros per person for 5 FB (5 nights with 3 meals per day) For groups of 20 people: one leader is accommodated for free! (20 paying + 1 free) For groups of 40 people: two leaders are accommodated for free! (40 paying + 2 free) Accommodation and meals Accommodation is in a hotel for 5 nights (6 days), with three meals a day provided. For every 20 participants in the group, one leader participates for free, and for 40 participants – two leaders. Additional nights can be organized for 35 euros per person per night. Approved groups for participation pay a 10% guarantee deposit. At the next stage, a deposit of 500 euros is required, which must be paid by April 31, 2025. The final payment is made in cash (euro) on July 7, 2025. The participation fee includes: Participation in the concerts during the festival Professional audio, stage and lighting equipment Hotel accommodation (in triple/quadruple rooms, supplement for a double room - 7 euros per person per day, supplement for a single room - 70% of the total amount) Full board (3 meals per day) Cocktail/meeting with the group leaders Groups arriving by plane will have a transfer from and to the airport, as well as local transport. Groups traveling by their own bus will use it for local transfers, and will receive 100 liters of fuel from the organizers. Souvenir and gift for each group Certificate of participation The participation fee does not include: Transportation (from and to Baku) Additional excursions on request Insurance Everything that is not included in the column "Participation fee includes" General terms and conditions The organizers are not responsible for lost or damaged items, as well as for accidents with participants. If medical assistance is needed, the costs are at the expense of the participants or international medical insurance is taken out. All participants must attend the scheduled festival events. The organizing committee reserves the right to change the dates, times and number of performances. An invitation letter will be provided, if necessary. Groups wishing to participate must fill out an Application for participation. Approved groups pay an advance 10% guarantee fee, which is deducted from the final payment. Next step: Payment of 500 euros for hotel reservation to the organizing committee. The remaining amount is paid upon arrival at the festival.
