Contact person: Gursel Hussein International Folklore Festival in Serik, Turkey October 2 – 6, 2025 Serik, Antalya Province, Turkey The Municipality of Serik is pleased to invite you to the International Folklore Festival, which will take place in the beautiful coastal town of Serik – one of the most picturesque spots on the Turkish Riviera. This event will bring together dance groups from different countries to share cultural richness, traditions, and friendship through the magic of dance. Participation Conditions: Dancers must be adults. No age restrictions for musicians. The duration of performances should be up to 10–12 minutes, and each group must also prepare a short 3-minute protocol performance. Each ensemble must present a traditional dance from their country, wearing national costumes. Maximum number of participants per group: 40 people. Accommodation is fully covered by the organizers, excluding alcoholic beverages. All groups must bring national flags. A list of participants (name and role) must be submitted no later than August 31, 2025. Performances can be presented using: CD USB Live music (optional) All groups will receive an official invitation from the organizers. Participants must have valid medical insurance for the festival period. Each group should bring at least 5 souvenirs or cultural items representing their culture, to be donated as cultural gifts. Each group wishing to participate must fill out a Application form for participation. Approved groups pay a 10% guarantee fee in advance, which is deducted from the final payment.
