Marmaris is one of the most famous touristic cities in Turkey, part of the Mediterranean Sea between Turkey and Greece. The answer to the question “where do the Mediterranean Sea and the Aegean Sea meet” is Marmaris.

It is not just the sea or the nature that attracts people to Marmaris from all over the world. Not even the rich history reaching from past civilizations to today. There must be something more. We shall let an expert talk on the Mediterranean history. Fernand Braudel in his book named “Mediterranean” says:

“What is this Mediterranean? All of a thousand things. Not one landscape, countless landscapes. Not one sea, many seas following each other. Not one civilization, many civilizations piled on each other”.

Marmaris is a place sheltering many of these landscapes, seas and civilizations.

The details about the festival are as follows.

Conditions:

• Festival will start at  29 NOVEMBER 2025 16:00 and will end at  31 DECEMBER 2025 10.00
• Participants aged 10 and above can participate in the festival.
• The festival groups will be  Folk Dance Groups, Modern Dances Groups, Classic Dances Groups, Country Dances Groups, Folk Music Groups, Chorus Groups, Classic Music Groups, Insturment Music Groups, Brass Band Groups, Country Music Groups, Street Theater Groups, Ritm Groups, Dumb Show Groups, Acrobatic Groups, Majjoretta Groups, Flag Groups, Vocal Groups.
• Groups will present a performances of 10,15 and 20 minutes.
• Groups who will attend the festival should be minimum15 person.
• There will be no free person for any capacity of the groups.
• Music can be live, CD or USB.
• GROUPS: Entry and exit to the festival grounds will be provided by the festival committee. Groups will travel at their own expense.
• Group photos must be submitted with the application.

• The festival program will be announced later.

Participation fee:

• 205 Euro per person - Accommodation for 4 nights and 5 days in a 2+1 room, including breakfast and dinner.

Other participants (dancers, tourists, and accompanying persons) will pay the standard hotel fee.

Participation fee doesn't include:

• Accommodation in a single room is subject to an additional fee of €25 per day.
• The extra day costs 45 euros per person.
• Transfers will only be made from Dalaman Airport. The Dalaman-Marmaris transfer costs €35 per person (round trip).

Any group willing to participate must submit an Application form.
Approved groups pay in advance a 10% guarantee fee, which is to be deducted at the final payment.

Next step: Hotel reservations will be made after 20% of the total fee is deposited into the organizer's account.
