The festival will be held on March 05-09 2026 at Vazha-Pshavela Professional State Drama Theatre in Telavi. The amateur and professional collectives will participate in all types and genres of dance in the Festival. Prominent figures in the art will be invited as the guests of honor.

Aim of the festival:

The Festival aims to give us the opportunity to get introduced to the creative groups and individual performers from all parts, to establish friendly relations between creative collectives, to share mutual experiences, to deepen creative relations and to promote Georgian and World Dances.

Terms and conditions:

  • Amateur collectives and individual performers, children and adults as well as students and other creative groups and collectives are able to participate in the festival.
  • All collectives, regardless of genre, are required to present two kinds of performances (between 5-12 minutes in total).
  • The opening and closing ceremony of the festival will be held.
  • Festival participant collectiveshave the right to take part in the upcoming event according to the schedule.
  • The Festival Organizing Committee has established special prizes, certificates and diplomas for the collectives. As well as any other interested organizations and individuals have the right to set up their own prizes.
  • Those who are willing to participate in the festival must submit an application form.
  • Student - youth groups who would like to participate in the festival must submit an application issued by the students self-government.
  • Festival participants should strictly follow the regulations developed by the Organizing Committee.
  • Those who are willing to participate in the exhibition can submit their photographs A4 and/or A3 in size.
  • Participants are allowed to display their or sponsors’ logo in a visible place.
  • The festival hosts both live music and USB.

Participation fee:

3-4 star hotels in and around the city center
  • 230 Euro per person - 5 days (4 nights) on HB base (breakfast and dinner)
* Additional night - 30 Euro per person on HB base (breakfast and dinner)

Transfers costs:

  • Transfer from Kutaisi airport for up to 55 people in both directions - 1800 Euro
    • 20-person minibus in both directions - 1500 Euro
  • Transfer from Tbilisi airport for up to 55 people in both directions - 1300 Euro
    • 20-person minibus in both directions - 1000 Euro

Excursion prices:

  • Alaverdi Monastery, Ikalto Academy and the city of Telavi, King Erekle's House Museum (without museum tickets), transfer cost per person - 10 Euro
  • Visiting the city of love, Sighnaghi, costs 20 Euro per person
  • There are also various attractions that can be booked in advance with group funds
Any group willing to participate must submit an Application form.
Approved groups pay in advance a 10% guarantee fee, which is to be deducted at the final payment.
