Director: Mr. Kosta Koskoski We are pleased to invite (folklore ensembles, choir groups, art schools, majorette teams, orchestras, ballroom dance groups, modern dance teams) (children's, youth and adult groups) to participate in the International Festival "SARANDA FEST" (20 - 25 June 2026) - Saranda, Albania The intention of our invitation and the leitmotif of the festival is to present the cultural tradition of different countries and to give the members of the groups the opportunity to socialize, establish friendships and present culture through dance and music. The idea of the festival is to bring music closer to the people and to present music on the streets and squares. The festival is open to folklore and choral ensembles, choirs, vocal groups, as well as orchestras and majorettes, regardless of the gender and age of the members. General rules: Nnon-competitive sample of traditional and modern dances, brass bands, orchestras, modern dance groups, choral groups, ballroom dance teams, modern dance, art schools, majorette teams… Any folklore, choral group, majorette team and other dance and vocal groups are eligible to participate. The number of participants is limited (only 2 groups from each country). Each group should consist of a maximum of 50 members, including dancers, managers, musicians and family members. The ensemble should have prepared at least 2 folk dances, each 12-15 minutes long with an orchestra or USB. Choral groups should prepare a free program of about 15 minutes. The performances will be in the evening so you can plan your day in advance and use it to visit the historical part of the city and excursions. Send us a short biography and 3 photos of the group and a link to the video. Take a flag of the country. Cheap flights with Wizz Air and Ryan Air to Tirana airport or you can arrive on the island of Corfu and take a boat to Saranda. Groups should have their own transportation for arrival and departure. Participation fee: Accommodation in villas and apartments: 165 Euro per person for 4 nights half board (2 meals per day) 199 Euro per person for 5 nights half board (2 meals per day) Accommodation in hotels: 199 Euro per person for 4 nights half board (2 meals per day) 249 Euro per person for 5 nights half board (2 meals per day) If there are 24 paying participants in the group, the 25th will be free (24+1). The supplement for a double room is 8 Euro per person per day. The supplement for accommodation in a single room is + 50% of the price to be paid for a single person accommodated in such a room. Participation fee includes: Accommodation according to the selected price and meals (HB: breakfast and dinner). 2 double rooms per group without extra charge (one for the group leaders and one for the bus drivers). The remaining rooms are with 3 and 4 beds. Free parking for the bus. Upon request, each group will have a person available to accompany them on their excursions. Participation certificates. Participation fee does not include: Upon request, a professional tour guide can be hired to accompany the group on their excursions, but the costs of the tour guide will be covered by the group. Health insurance (First aid and hospital medical care will be available, medical services must be covered by the group). Albanian tourist tax (1.5 Euro per person per day). Any group, willing to participate, must submit an Application form. Approved groups pay in advance a 10% guarantee fee, which is to be deducted at the final payment.
