Municipality of Ambrolauri Cultural Centre is a partner of the festival.

Racha is a highland area in western Georgia, located in the upper Rioni river valley and hemmed in by the Greater Caucasus mountains.

Participation fee:

• 180 Euro per person at family houses
• 240 Euro per person at 2* hotels

On every 25 participants - one is free (24+1)

Participation fee includes:

• 6 days (5 nights) (half board - breakfast and dinner) (in three-bed rooms)
• Transfer from Kutaisi international airport to hotel and back

Participation fee does not include:

• Additional day will cost 25 Euro per person per day (half board - breakfast and dinner)
• Accommodation in double rooms, in case of availability, will cost an extra 5 Euro per person per day
• Optional excursion - in Gelati and Sataplia cave (75km from Ambrolauri)
• Optional excursion at the mountain Ckhrajvari and lake Shaori
• First aid and emergency support will be provided, but medical services must be covered by the group. The participant’s safety is on their personal responsibility

Program:

22/06/2026: Day of arrival - bus will take groups in Racha, city-Ambrolauri (distance by bus 5 hours-2/3 groups will go together by two-stored bus). Check in at hotel - The rest of the total amount for the group, must be paid on this day. A detailed program and a person in charge will be provided to each group. Free time for walk to the market. Dinner.

23/06/2026: Breakfast - concert day-Ambrolauri. Dressed in traditional costumes and parade in the street the concert will be in Open-air. Gifts will be offered to you by the Ambrolauri local Municipality at the end of the performance. Dinner.

24/06/2026: Breakfast - concert day. Transfer from Ambrolauri to Oni by bus (30 minutes) dressed in traditional costumes and parade in the street, the concert will be in open-air. Dinner.

25/06/2026: Breakfast - Optional excursion - in Gelati and Sataplia cave (75 km from Ambrolauri). Excursion includes transfer and guide. Dinner.

26/06/2026: Breakfast - Optional excursion at the mountain Ckhrajvari (Hiking 2km) after the hiking groups will visit lake Shaori, excursion includes transfer and guide. Dinner (close evening).

27/06/2026: Breakfast - Departure of the groups.

Any group, willing to participate, must submit an Application form.
Approved groups pay in advance a 10% guarantee fee, which is to be deducted at the final payment.
