Participants:

More than one group / team from each country may participate in the festival.
Other people who wish to take part in our festival may accompany the groups.

General conditions:

  • The age of participants is not limited.
  • Each group must consist of dancers, musicians, group leaders, and administrative staff.
  • Arrival date in Baku – the second half of the day on July 06, 2026, and departure from Baku – July 11, 2026, after breakfast (groups wishing to stay at the hotel after the specified date must pay 35 euros per day).
  • Groups must prepare a minimum of 2 programs, each lasting 3–5 minutes, with phonogram or live instruments.
  • All types of dance groups and styles are allowed (folk dance, Latin dance, modern dance, etc.).
  • It is necessary to bring the flag of your country and also send photos and videos of the group together with the application form.
  • The organizers are not responsible for any damage that may occur to participants or their property. If necessary, the organizing committee will provide assistance, but all medical and other expenses must be paid by the participant or the participant’s insurance company.
  • Groups must participate in all events within the festival program. The Organizing Committee may change the dates, time, and number of performances. All group members must agree to this rule.

Nomination “VOCAL”
  • Pop and jazz vocal
  • Folk vocal, including folklore
Participant Categories:
  • Duets, trios
  • Small forms, vocal ensembles (from 4 participants)
Evaluation Criteria for the “VOCAL” Nomination:
  • Performance skills and vocal technique – range, accurate intonation, stylistic conformity, level of difficulty, originality, repertoire suitability to the age category and performer’s abilities, sense of rhythm, microphone technique.
  • Artistry – presentation, contact with the audience, ability to present the performed piece, additional expressive means (movement, etc.).
  • Image – self-expression, costume, props, makeup.

Age groups:

  • Preschool category – up to 7 years
  • First group – 7–10 years inclusive
  • Second group – 11–13 years inclusive
  • Third group – 14–17 years inclusive
  • Fourth group – 18 years and older

Awards:

By decision of the international jury, winners are determined in each nomination and age category: Grand Prix, Laureates of I, II, and III Degrees, festival diploma holders, and special named awards.
All groups participating in the festival-competition will receive prizes and diplomas from the founders, organizers, and sponsors of the festival.
Among the Grand Prix winners, the Absolute Winner of the Festival is determined.
The Absolute Winner is awarded a cash prize:
  • USD 500 – group
  • USD 100 – soloist
Leaders of creative groups and authors of the best creative works and productions are also awarded.
Special prizes and awards are granted:
  • Each participant – diploma and medal;
  • Group – diploma, plaque, commemorative gift;
  • Group leader – certificate and commemorative gift.

Participation fee:

  • 268 Euro per person
To reduce the expenses of the Organizing Committee, festival participants are required to pay a participation fee.
The fee covers organizational expenses and accommodation in a hotel for 5 nights / 6 days with three meals per day.
(3–4 person rooms for participants, double rooms for group leaders.)

For every 25 people in a group, 1 group leader, and for every 45 people, 2 group leaders are exempt from the participation fee.

Participation fee includes:

  • Organizational expenses;
  • Transfers: airport–hotel–airport, to and from the concert venue, and along the excursion route;
  • City sightseeing tour of Baku;
  • Gala dinner: BANQUET FOR THE ENTIRE GROUP AT Altun Saray RESTAURANT.

Changes to the program are possible.
TRANSPORTATION:
Transportation expenses for entering and leaving Baku are the responsibility of the participants.
For groups arriving in Baku by plane, airport transfers and all local transportation during the entire festival program will be provided by the Organizing Committee.
Groups arriving in Baku with their own buses will use these buses for all local transportation throughout the festival program; fuel expenses will be covered – 100 liters.
 

Each group wishing to participate must complete a Participation Application Form.
Approved groups must pay a guarantee fee of 10% in advance, which will be deducted from the final payment amount.

You must also pay a deposit of 500 euros by May 01, 2026.
In case of withdrawal from the festival, the deposit is non-refundable.
All payments must be made to the responsible representative of the Organizing Committee on July 06, 2026, in euros, in cash.
