Art Festival in Prague
Hundred-spired Prague, Prague – the mother of cities, magical Prague. These are just three titles which the capital of the Czech Republic proudly wears. Since the very beginnings of the Czech state, it has been its natural, political, business and cultural center. This historic yet modern city is more than 1,000 years old. It has an extraordinary charm about it which can be sensed in every season. Its status as a UNESCO World Heritage site speaks for its worth. In the last 11 years more than 250 groups and 7500 performers magnified the festivals with their presence and performances from all around the world.

Participants:

  • Folklore groups, orchestras, majorettes, modern dance groups, choirs (open-air concert), brass bands, music bands from all over the world
  • The number of the participants are not limited
  • No age limits
  • At every 25 participants 1 is gratis

Participation fee:

  • 129 euro per person in triple, quadruple rooms - Hotel Olympik Congress ****
    • Supplement for a double room is 8 euro per person per day
    • Every 25th member is free of charge in a triple room (24 + 1)
  • 137 euro per person in triple rooms - Hotel Olympik ****
    • Supplement for a double room is 8 euro per person per day
    • Every 25th member is free of charge in a triple room
  • 145 euro per person in triple rooms (rooms executive - dbl+extra bed - fold-out couch) - Top hotel Prague ****
    • Supplement for a double room is 6 euro per person per day
    • Deposit for all groups 30 euro per person, 50 euro deposit per bus (payment spot)
    • Every 25th member is free of charge in a triple room

Participation fee includes:

  • Participation in the festival concert
  • Accommodation in 4 stars hotels
  • Half-board (buffet)
  • Diploma, gift
  • Organization expenses

Participation fee does not include:

  • Transport
  • Optional programs (only recommendations, not arranged by the organizers)
  • Insurance
  • City tax: 50 CZK per person per day, payment on the spot from 18 years old

Any group willing to participate must submit an Application form.
Approved groups pay in advance a 10% guarantee fee, which is to be deducted at the final payment.
