International Budgetary Festival – Competition in Spain "The Place of Holiday" is held during the November holidays. The festival participants are staying in the legendary Costa Brava region!
The competition is full of sightseeing tours and recreational activities. All participants will receive a diploma from UNESCO plus samples and gifts. At the gala concert all compete for a new award – The Audience Award. Budgetary Festival – Competition in Spain "The Place of Holiday" – this is a cultural event, representing the achievements of creative groups. The main purpose of the festival is to showcase the art to the viewer. The basic idea of the international festival – competition in Spain "The Place of Holiday" – to provide an opportunity for boys and girls (students) to realize their dreams, to show others what they can do. Therefore, this festival organized by us, is a great creative laboratory for children and adolescents.


GROUP (А) – choreographic groups and soloists
GROUP (B) – instrumental groups and soloists
GROUP (С) – singing (choirs, musicals, ensembles, duets, trios, soloists)
GROUP (D) – artists and authors of the decorative and applied arts’ products, fashion theaters
GROUP (E) – Original genre*


1-st day Friday:
– Check in to a hotel from 14:00 o'clock. 
– Meeting with the organizers of the contest.
– Presentation of the excursion programs.
– Rehearsal (on request).
20:00 – Dinner.
2-nd day Saturday:
8:00 – Breakfast. Free day.
09:00 – Excursions (optionally for an additional charge).
13:00 – Lunch.
18:00 – Workshop for teachers.
20:00 – Dinner.
3-rd day Sunday:
8:00 – Breakfast.
11:00 – Rehearsal.
13:00 – Lunch.
17:00 – Beginning of the festival.
19:30 – Beginning of the award ceremony and giving out of the awards.
21:00 – Dinner.
4-th day Monday:
8:00 – Breakfast.
– Check out from the hotel at 10:00.
* ATTENTION! Organizers have opportunity to modify the program.
* ATTENTION! We can provide you with a transfer from airports and train stations to the hotel and back.

Participation fee:

  • 150 Euro per person - accommodation in a triple room / extra day costs 25 Euro per person
  • 165 Euro per person - accommodation in a double room / extra day costs 33 Euro per person
  • 210 Euro per person - accommodation in a single room / extra day costs 40 Euro per person
Soloists pay extra 50 Euro.
Duets pay extra 40 Euro for a duet.
Small groups of 3-5 persons pay extra 30 Euro for a group.
For participating in each additional nomination – extra charge 15 Euro per person.
Each 25-th group’s participant gets a pack of our services for free!*

Participation fee includes:

  • 4 days and 3 nights in a three-star hotel;
  • Full board, buffet (breakfast, lunch, dinner + drinks);
  • Competitive viewing and award ceremony;
  • Special thank-you certificates in the form of engraving on a special basis from the town´s authorities;
  • Thank-you letters for choreographers and sponsors on the official numbered letterheads of the kingdom of Spain;
  • Festival fee;
  • For team leaders from 25 people we provide accommodation in a double room for the cost of living in a triple room.

Participation fee doesn't include:

  • Transfers airport - hotel - airport (could be requested for additional cost);
  • Touristic tax in Spain - 0,5 Euro per person per night;
  • Extra trips:

       - Barcelona city sightseeing tour + The Spanish Village or Aquarium;

       - Montserrat;
      - Girona + museum of Salvador Dali;
      - Port Aventura;
      - Tossa de Mar (city-fortress) - for groups from 50 persons this excursion is free of charge.;
      - Chivalrous tournament with dinner and drinks;
      - Flamenco show with dinner and drinks.
Any group willing to participate must submit an Application form.
Approved groups pay in advance a 10% guarantee fee, which is to be deducted at the final payment.
