Condition of participation:

• Live performance

• Free concert program for max. 30 min.

• Choirs, orchestras and any kind of acquistic ensembles

Festival Program:

• 1st day: arrival

• 2nd day: Rehersals and Festival Concerts

• 3rd day:  Rehearsal and Festival Concerts

• 4th day:  Rehersals and Festival Concerts

• 5th day: departure

Participation fee:

• Double Room: 200 Euro

• Triple Room: 200 Euro

• Single Room: 240 Euro

Participation fee includes:

• Free participation of all concerts

• Rehersals/concerts, diploma for conductor/choir, diploma for all participants

• Accommodation in selected (5*) hotel

• Breakfast & dinner, (free water and one soft drink with meals)

• Free participation and accommodation for conductor (only groups more then 30 person)

• Piano and stands at concert hall

Additional tours can be booked for whole group 
(all tours including transfer from/to hotel and museum enterance)

Excursion 1 – Half Day – 30 Euro

• Kaymaklı Underground City,

• Three Beauties Fairy Chimneys (Symbol of Cappadocia)

• Wine cellars and wine testing

• Ancient Orthodox/Greek Village – The Sinasos

 Excursion 2 – Half Day – 20 Euro

• Devrent Valley (Dream Valley)

• Pasabag Valley (two and three heads fairy chimneys)

• Handicrafts Center

• Avanos Drawbridge

• Avanos Pottery Makers Show (pottery making trials by the participants)

 Excursion 3 – Half Day – 30 Euro

• Göreme Open Air Museum (Cave Churches and Fresks)

• Crossing of Görkündere Valley (optinal tour by walking – 45min.)

• Esentepe Top Panorama

• Regional food maker’s shops and shopping

• Güvercinlik (Piegons) Valley

Excursion 4 – Turkish Night (Show) – 30 Euro

• Depart from hotel after dinner.

• Unlimited sneaks and unlimited drinks with alcohol or soft

• Unlimited fun… 

• Traditional shows like belly dance, folk dances, mystic music and dancers etc.

 Excursion 5 – Balloon Tour – 120 Euro

• Start from hotel very early morning and back to hotel before breakfast.

 Transfers from/to Airport/Hotel

• If you need a transfer for your group don’t worry. We can fix this also. Please send us your arrival airport and number of person. Then we will calculate a transfer fee per person.

Extend your stay

• If you wish extend your stay after/before festival or want to visit another city/destination in Turkey, please send us your inquiry.

Any group willing to participate must submit an Application form.
Approved groups pay in advance a 10% guarantee fee, which is to be deducted at the final payment.
