In the afternoon there is the possibility of a sightseeing tour of Rome: Termini Train Station, the Church of St. Peter in Chains (Michelangelo's statue of Moses), the Roman Forums, the Colosseum, Piazza Venezia, Palazzo Venezia, the Pantheon, the Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps... Leisure time for individual activities. Return to the hotel. Optional: the possibility of going to one of the Disco clubs in Rome. Overnight stay. March 13th – Breakfast. After breakfast, going to the hall of the festival. Start Rome Fest Info Dance 2026. Back to the hotel. Overnight stay. March 14th – Breakfast. After breakfast, leisure time in Rome for individual activities or the possibility of organizing a trip to Naples, the biggest city in Southern Italy and the seat of Campania region. Upon arrival a panoramic of Naples, the medieval castle Nuovo, the Royal Palace, the Galleria Umberto I, the Toledo shopping street, tourist port, leisure time, return to Rome. Leisure time or alternatively for those interested, we wil organize an optional tour of the Vatican, the smallest country in the world, but certanly one of the most powerful. Tour of the Vatican palace, the Sistine Chapel with frescoes by Michelangelo, Botticelli and other great painters, the Saint Peter's Basillica. After the tour, free time for walking around and individual activities. Overnight stay. March 15th – Breakfast. Leaving the hotel. A day reserved for looking around Rome and visiting all those places you didn’t have the chance to visit during the previous couple of days: museums, promenades, fountains, stores... During this time, we will organize an optional tour of Tivoli - an ancient town near Rome. In Tivoli we will visit the Villa d'Este, built near Hadrian’s Villa by Cardinal d'Este as his summer residence during the construction of which he redirected the flow of water to make beautiful fountains famous all over the world... Tivoli is the perfect end to a perfect day... After the tour, leisure time in Tivoli for lunch/dinner, an espresso, a glass of wine or other activities… Later unfortunately moving of all ensembles back to their arrival point of departure with another meeting next year! Fee for participation in the contest program: 35 Euro per participant. Participation fee includes: accomodation in 1/3 and 1/4 rooms (with breakfast) in choosen type of hotel, first fee for dancers for competing at Rome Fest Info Dance 2026, and free entrance to competition for other people who use our package; letter of invitation; organizational expenses; additional place to every 25th member; Awards for competitors: DIPLOMAS and MEDALS (for all dancers), CUPS for groups and formation (1st-3th place awarded), SPECIAL AWARDS (vouchers for free fees for participation in festivals in Vienna, Budapest, Istanbul, Paris, Milano, Prague, Paralia, Lloret de Mar, Rimini), MONEY AWARDS (depends on the number of applications), OTHER AWARDS (merch, sponsored awards). Participation fee does not include: travel expenes, parking, insurance, vignettes, possible hotel deposits, tourist tax (depends on the hotel category), dinner (from 20 Euro depends on the hotel), additional payment of 1/2 room - 7 Euro per night per person, every other fee for competing at Rome Fest Info Dance 2026 is 20€ per dancer per choreography! optional excursions: Tour of Rome: 15 €, Tivoli with a ticket for the Villa d'Este: 35 € adults, 30 € children up to 18 years of age, Naples: 40 € adults, 35 € children up to 18 years of age; Visit of Vatican must be booked 3 months earlier. All excursions shall be booked up to 14 days before the start of the festival. Organizing Committee can not guarantee the realization of Excursions, ordered after the time-limit or during the festival CHOREOGRAPHY APPLICATION DEADLINE: 25.02.2026. Notice: after choreography application deadline, we will send you all your choreography to check. You will have 48 hours to answer us if everything is ok. After that, all fees for all choreographies that you applied, have to be 100% payed! Any group willing to participate must submit an Application form. Approved groups pay in advance a 10% guarantee fee, which is to be deducted at the final payment.
