The international festival-competition of arts Fiestalonia Israel is called to unite creative people in a single whole, gives an opportunity to exchange experience and enjoy cognitive excursions. In addition to cultural events, the program includes an educational component in which the best international experts in the field of choreography, vocals and music are involved. The international contest of Fiestalonia Israel is noteworthy in that it is divided into blocks: choreographic, vocal, instrumental, orchestral, choral. In turn, each block in the nomination. Better performers in their own nominations will unite at the general final concert, which will end with an enchanting reward.

Nominations:

GROUP (А) – choreographic groups and soloists
GROUP (B) – instrumental groups and soloists. Orchestras
GROUP (С) – singing (Soloists, duets, trio, small vocal groups up to 5 people, musicals)

GROUP (D) – Choirs, and vocal ensembles from 5 people

Program:

1st day Thursday:
– hotel accommodation; (Check in at the hotel from 14:00)
– meeting with the organizers of the competition;
17:00 – press conference. Meeting of team leaders with the Organizing Committee of the competition.
20:00 – a meeting of all visiting groups at a dinner in a restaurant of national cuisine.
 
2nd day Friday:
8:00 – breakfast, for members of the GROUP (B and D) transfer to the place of performance;
9:00 – the beginning of rehearsals, after the rehearsals the beginning of the competitive review;
– For GROUPS (A and C) D – excursion to Jerusalem.
– Upon termination of competitive views and excursion program – transfer to the hotel
19:30 – dinner.
 
3rd day Saturday:
8:00 – breakfast, for members of the GROUP (A and C) transfer to the place of performance;
9:00 – the beginning of rehearsals, after the rehearsals the beginning of the competitive review;
– For GROUPS (B and D) – an excursion to Jerusalem.
19:00 – awarding of the contestants.
– Transfer to the hotel;
22:00 – dinner.
 
4th day Sunday:
8:00 – breakfast;
Check out from the hotel (until 10:00 am).
 
* ATTENTION! Organizers have opportunity to modify the program.
* ATTENTION! We can provide you with a transfer from airports and train stations to the hotel and back. 

Participation fee:

  • accommodation in a triple room €469 /person – extra day €95/person
  • accommodation in a double room €499 /person – extra day €120/person
  • accommodation in a single room €799 /person – extra day €150/person
  • soloists pay extra €60.
  • duets pay extra €50 for a duet.
  • small groups of 3-5 persons pay extra €35 for a group.
  • For participating in each additional nomination – extra charge €15 per person.
Prices of participation without accommodation
  • Soloists – €100
  • Duets € 90 per participant
  • Trio € 80 per participant
  • For small forms from 4 to 5 participants 70 €per participant
  • For groups of 6 to 19 people 60 € per participant
  • For teams from 20 to 29 – € 1200 from the group and each additional participant 40 € from the participant.
  • Accompanying of participant, pays € 25 registration fee  

Participation fee includes:

  • Accommodation at the hotel 4 * – 4 days / 3 nights in Tel Aviv.
  • Breakfasts and dinners + drinks
  • Transfer * from / to the airport for groups of more than 20 people
  • Transfers to the halls of the contest

Any group willing to participate must submit an Application form.
Approved groups pay in advance a 10% guarantee fee, which is to be deducted at the final payment.
