The International festival-competition "Mediterranean Legends" (Legends of the Mediterranean) – runs along the route Barcelona – Costa Brava (Spain) – Cannes (France) – Nice (France) – Monte Carlo (Monaco) – San Remo (Italy). The festival is unique in its scope and richness of programs. Contestants will see remarkable places and events, become familiar with the cultures of Spain, France, Italy and visit the Principality of Monaco.


GROUP (А) – choreographic groups and soloists
GROUP (B) – instrumental groups and soloists
GROUP (D) – artists and authors of the decorative and applied arts’ products, fashion theaters
GROUP (E) – Original genre*

Age groups of the participants: 

I) younger than 9 years old
II ) 10-12 years
III) 13-15 years
IV) 16-19 years
V) 20-25 years
VI) from 26 years
* The group age is based on the majority of the participants.

Technical requirements:

  • Each group should present 1 or 2 competitive compositions of 2-5 minutes each. Each soloist should present 1 performance up to 4 minutes.
  • All the compositions should be recorded on a USB flash drive. And also it’s obligatory to have a backup copy of tracks on a CD.
  • In the application it’s necessary to specify if the layout of performances is needed or if the work will be executed by one set.
  • It’s obligatory to indicate soloists, duets and small groups of 3-5 persons.
During the competitive performances as to the groups, so to the soloists it’s prohibited to use lip-synching sound records.


Ensembles, soloists, duets and small groups – winners of the first prizes and the Grand prize are given personalized trophy cups FIESTALONIA.
Each group participant is given a nominal diploma from the founders and providers of the contest.
Each group gets from the Spanish authorities an additional diploma in the form of engraving on a special base.
Each team head and sponsor will be given thank-you letters on the letterhead of the kingdom of Spain.

2-nd day Sunday:

10:00 – Meeting with the organizers of the contest.
11:00 – Presentation of the excursion programs.
13:00 – Lunch.

3-rd day Monday: 
08:00 – Breakfast.
14:00 – Rehearsal.
13:00 – Lunch.
14:00 – Beginning of the festival.
19:30 – Dinner.

4-th day Tuesday: 
08:00 – Breakfast.
– Departure to France.
– Arrival in France.
- Sightseeing tour of Cannes with a tour on the Croisette with the famous Stars avenue at the Palace of stars.
– Free time.
– Dinner.
– Hotel accommodation.

5-th day Wednesday: 
– Breakfast.
– Tour in San Remo (Italy) – European capital of colors.
– Free time.
– Excursion to Monaco.
– Excursion in Nice.
– Dinner.
– Return to the hotel.

6-th day Thursday: 
– Breakfast.
– Departure to Spain, on the Costa Brava.
– Arrival of the Costa Brava.
– Hotel accommodation.
– The beginning of the Gala concert.
– Rewarding participants.
20:00 – Dinner.

7-th day Friday: 
08:00 – Breakfast. Free day.
09:00 – Excursions to Barcelona (optionally for an additional charge).
20:00 – Dinner.

8-th day Saturday:
08:00 – Breakfast.
– Check out from the hotel at 10:00.

* ATTENTION! We can provide you with a transfer from airports and train stations to the hotel and back.  

Participation fee:

  • 540 Euro per person - accommodation in a double – triple room an extra day costs 53 Euro per person
  • + 50 % per person - accommodation in a single room / an extra day costs 68 Euro per person
Soloists pay extra 50 Euro.
Duets pay extra 40 Euro for a duet.
Small groups of 3-5 persons pay extra 30 Euro for a group.
For participating in each additional nomination – extra charge 15 Euro per person.

Participation fee includes:

  • Accommodation in a 2*/3* hotel (8 days / 7 nights);
  • Accommodation in a DBL or TRPL rooms (in a SNGL extra charge + 50%);
  • Full board, buffet (breakfast, lunch, dinner) in Spain and half board (breakfast, dinner) in France;
  • Comfortable transportation during the excursions, English speaking guide, transfers;
  • Festival fee.

Participation fee does not include:

  • Transfers airport - hotel - airport. (Could be requested for additional cost);
  • Touristic tax in Spain - 0,5 Euro per person per night;
  • Extra trips:
        - Barcelona city sightseeing tour + The Spanish Village or Aquarium;  
        - Montserrat;
        - Girona + museum of Salvador Dali;
        - Rupit and Besalu;
       - Tossa de Mar (city-fortress);
       - Chivalrous tournament with dinner and drinks;
       - Flamenco show with dinner and drinks.
Any group willing to participate must submit an Application form.
Approved groups pay in advance a 10% guarantee fee, which is to be deducted at the final payment.
