Prof. Dr. Galina Bogdanova SIXTH SCIENTIFIC CONFERENCE "CULTURAL AND HISTORICAL HERITAGE: PRESERVATION, PRESENTATION, DIGITIZATION“ Veliko Tarnovo, Bulgaria (November 19th - 22th, 2020) From 19 to 22 November 2020 the VIthInternational scientific conference "Cultural and Historical Heritage: preservation, presentation, digitization“ (KIN2020) will be held. Main directions of the conference are preservation, digitization and presentation of the world and national tangible and intangible cultural heritage (KIN). The Interdisciplinary Forum aims to present scientific and applied researches, projects, innovations in the field of cultural and historical heritage (CHH). The main focus of KIN2020 will be the latest trends and the application of modern technologies and the Bulgarian experience in the preservation, presentation and digitization of Cultural and Historical Heritage. The reports of scientific researches, results and achievements in the field of KIN will be published in an online succession, registered in the National Information and Documentation Center. THE SUBJECTS OF THE CONFERENCE (in alphabetical order) ARE IN THE BORDERS OF THE FOLLOWING RESEARCH AREAS, WITHOUT LIMITATION: Digital Humanities Ethnology and folklore History, archeology, archivistics Art Studies Computer Sciences KIN and Creative Industries: access, security and legal protection Marketing in the field of culture: cultural tourism, tourist routes Museology of 21c. Providing access to the KIN for people with disabilities Serious games in the field of KIN Theology Requirements for formatting of papers you will find HERE. The program will include reports from leading experts from Bulgaria and abroad, a round table, exhibition and demonstrations presenting the efforts of scientists, cultural institutions and organizations from various fields for documenting, archiving, presenting and preserving KIN. Within KIN2020 will be organized and presented: Scientific reports and announcements on the specified subjects (up to 20 min / report); Presentation of project results for documentation, preservation and provision of wide public access to cultural heritage in libraries, museums, archives and galleries in Northern and Central Bulgaria; A special section on cultural tourism where participants share their experiences (up to 10 min / report); The conference is expected to include well-established experts from Bulgaria, Russia, Uzbekistan, Macedonia, Latvia, Turkey, Hungary, Belarus and Germany, with extensive experience in the preservation, presentation and digitization of KIN. Research institutes, universities, libraries, museums, archives, galleries, business representatives and tourist information centers are invited to exchange experiences, ideas and results on the subject of the conference.
