Festival will be held in one of the most picturesquare place in Armenia – the town of Tsaghkadzor (50 km away from Yerevan). The town is famous for its amazing nature, remarkable places and historical monuments. To get acquainted with the sights of Armenia the festival organizes paid excursions (optional). During the tours to each group will be provided a personal guide with knowledge of English and / or Russian languages, which will acquaint you with local cultural and historical attractions and events.
The festival will be held from September 28 to October 3, 2018

Purposes of the festival:

  • Popularization of dance and choreographic arts
  • Мembers of the ensembles will have an opportunity to get acquainted with the culture and customs of the countries of the world.
  • Пarticipants will have an opportunity to get acquainted with the ancient culture and traditions of the Armenian people.
  • During the festival, the conference-meetings will be organized.
  • To participate in the festival, a soloist or a team must present a 15-minute program. The number of delegations is unlimited. There are no limit restrictions

Participation fee:

  • 130 Euro per person
  • 20 paying participants + 1 free of charge
Groups get to Yerevan at their own expense. All participants must have medical insurance.
Accommodation of participants in hotels (2 local, 3 local, 4 local numbers) with 3 meals a day.
Transfer: airport - hotel - airport for free.

Day 1 - Arrival, accommodation of the groups, press conference
Day 2 - Opening of the festival, a festive parade.
Day 3 - Participation in the festival. Evening disco.
Day 4 - Free day (excursion around Yerevan from the organizers of the festival).
Day 5 - Solemn closing of the festival. Meeting with group leaders.
Day 6 - Departure of participants.
At the end of the festival, all groups will receive diplomas, the heads of the groups will receive Armenian folklore souvenirs.

Participants must have a national flag, anthem and national souvenir of the country they represent.

Technical requirements:

The carriers of phonograms are only MD and CDs recorded only in the usual CD-R audio format and audio players (Flash).
Do not take notes in MP3 format on media and CDs.
Records should be of the highest quality and professional level.
Participants 1 month in advance should send information about their arrival to the organizers of the festival (when, on what day, at what time, in what quantity and what vehicle they will arrive), so that the organizers will meet them at the time and distribute them to the hotels.
Any group willing to participate must submit an Application form.
Approved groups pay in advance a 10% guarantee fee, which is to be deducted at the final payment.
