Director: Mrs. Gordana Zoric We invite you to participate on folklore event "Weekend of folklore" in Belgrade - Serbia 12th - 15th December 2025 Participants: Folklore ensembles Dance clubs Choirs Conditions of the festival: Participants can be folk and modern dance groups, choirs… The group can perform with live music or USB. The number of participants is not limited. There are no age restrictions. In order to participate in this festival, each group must fill out an application form. Groups arriving by bus must use their own transportation for the entire duration of the festival. If the group needs a Visa, it is the responsibility of the group to organize it. Groups arriving by plane are responsible for their own transportation from the airport to the hotel/hostel (we provide assistance upon request). Obligations of the participants: Each group wishing to participate must submit an application form. Groups should send a list of rooms no later than 15 days before arrival. Each group must consist of a dancer and a group manager (and a musician if the group has live music). Each group should prepare a program lasting 10 to 12 minutes. Each group must have their own health insurance during the festival. All participants must respect the accommodation rules and the laws of the host country. In case of cancellation, there is no refund of the deposit. Program of the festival: Day 1 - 12th December 2025 Arrival of the ensemble and accommodation at the selected hotel/hostel, free time, overnight stay Day 2 - 13th December 2025 Breakfast, free time or optional tour - sightseeing of Belgrade, arrival at the theater at 6 pm - technical rehearsal, start of the concert at 8 pm, overnight stay. Return to the hotel/hostel, overnight stay. Day 3 - 14th December 2025 After breakfast, free time, optional - Serbian evening (music and dinner) overnight stay. Day 4 - 15th December 2025 Breakfast, leaving the hotel/hostel by 9 am Participation fee: 130 Euro per person - Hostel (dinner per day - 10 Euro per person; additional day - 30 Euro per person) 165 Euro per person - Hotel 3* (dinner per day - 15 Euro per person; additional day - 45 Euro per person) On 25 participants, 26th is free of charge Participation fee includes: Hostel accommodation in 1/4 … bunk beds 2+2, Each room has a bathroom with towels, the number of seats are limited Hotel 3* accommodation in 1/2,1/3 and 1/4 rooms, accommodation for leaders and drivers in 1/2 room 3 BB - night stay with breakfast Organization expenses Degrees Invitation letter Participation fee does not include: City tax Insurance and health insurance, and all other expenses Optional tours (sightseeing, excursions etc) Any group willing to participate must submit an Application form. Approved groups pay in advance a 10% guarantee fee, which is to be deducted at the final payment. As a second payment, you have to pay reservation - 30 Euro per person to the organizational team. The rest of amount shall be paid in cash when you arrive in Belgrade. In case of cancellation there will be no refund.
