Festival will be held in Batumi (Georgia) which is famous for its amazing nature, the sea, notable places and historical monuments. In order for the groups to get to know more about the landmarks of Batumi, the organizers provide optional excursions (with additional payment). During the excurions, the groups will have personal Englishspeaking guide who will present them the local cultural and historical sights and events.

Aims of the festival:

  • Popularization of dance and choreographic arts
  • Identify new names
  • Through the festival, participants will have the opportunity to get acquainted with the culture and customs of the countries of the world.
  • During the festival, a conference will be organized.

Conditions for participation:

To participate in the festival, the soloist or the group must present a 15-minute program.
The number of delegations is unlimited.
There are no age limits.
 
To participate in the festival is required to:
  • Fill in an application
  • Briefly describe the creative activities of the participants.
  • Each delegation must have a national flag and a national souvenir of the country they represent.
Technical requirements:
  • Phonogram carriers are only MD and CDs recorded only in regular CD-R audio format and audio media (Flash).
  • MP3 recordings on media and CDs are not accepted.
  • Records must be of the highest quality and professional level.

Participation fee:

  • 130 Euro per person
Accommodation in hotels (double, triple, quadruple rooms); 3 meals per day
Groups get to Batumi at their own expense. All participants must have health insurance with them.
Transfer: Airport of Batumi - Hotel - Airport for free.

Participants must send the organizers of the festival information about their arrival 1 month in advance (When? What day? What time? Transport that they will use), so that the organizers will meet them in time and distribute them to the hotels.

Any group willing to participate must submit an Application form.
Approved groups pay in advance a 10% guarantee fee, which is to be deducted at the final payment.
