Director: Gordana Zoric Participants are ensembles from Poland, Lithuania, Greece, Serbia, Bosnia, Croatia, Bulgaria, Romania, Izrael. All ensembles must provide their own music, leading orchestra or music recorded on USB/CD. Each ensemble is obligated to set performance in duration of 10-12 minutes. Conditions of the festival: Participants may be folklore and modern dance groups. Group can perform with live music CD or USB The number of the participants is limited. No age limits. In order to participate in this festival, every group needs to fill in an application form Each group should have a flag and a sign with its name to participate in the parade, which is mandatory for all groups The groups coming by bus should use their own transport all the time during the festival. If the group needs a visa, it is the responsibility of the group to arrange it. Program: 1 day - Arrival of ensembles. After 1pm accommodation. Upon arrival groups will be given a program with an exact time schedule for each of the activities mentioned in this program. Dinner, overnight stay. 2 day - Breakfast, leisure. Dinner. Parade, Festival opening, performance in the center of the city. Receiving of certificates. Overnight stay 3 day - After breakfast facultative tour – METEORI with attendance of professional local guide. Dinner. Overnight stay. 4 day - Breakfast, abandonment apartments (hotel) till 9 o’clock. *The organizer reserves the right to make changes within the program. Participation fee: 99 Euro per person Participation fee includes: Accommodation in 1/3; 1/4 and 1/5 rooms with a bathroom (mainly 1 or 2 double and 1 or 2 solo beds), without towels. Obligations of the participants: Approved groups pay in advance a 10% guarantee fee to EAFF, which is to be deducted at the final payment. As a next step: Groups pay 20 Euro per person in advance to the organizing team. Each group must consist of dancers and group manager (and musicians if the group have live music) Each group must prepare a program with a duration of 10 to 12 minutes. Groups should send rooming lists not later than one month before the start of the festival. All participants must respect the rules of accommodation as well as the law of the host country Any group willing to participate must submit an Application form. Approved groups pay in advance a 10% guarantee fee, which is to be deducted at the final payment. As a next step: Groups pay 20 Euro per person in advance, which will be deducted from the final payment. Rest of amount you shall pay in cash when you arrive in Paralia.
