Participants:

Conditions for participation:

• Participants have to come in Cappadocia on July 11 - check in time is 14.00; Departure on July 15, check out time is 11.00 a.m.
• There is not any limit for participants number. There is no limit for the age of participants.
• Participants can use CD or live music.
• Participants will show their performance in place which is in accordance with the festival committee's decision.
• Festival commitee will organize the concerts in dependence with weather conditions.
• Participants should prepare a program with duration of not more than 8 minutes. Groups have performances every day. Choirs also have performances every day - duration MAXIMUM 10 MINUTES.
• Concerts are in open area - stage with dimensions 9* 10 meters.
• Festival committee will provide a guide to all groups during the festival. Festival language is English.
• There will be historical and touristy trips for participiants in their spare time.
• Festival committee will ensure the security of the groups during the festival.
• Accommodation, breakfast and dinner will be ensured by the festival committee.
• The dormitory which groups will be accommodated: 2- 3 beds in each room (Bathroom and toilet are in the rooms). There are boy's and girl's dormitories different from each other in same campus and there is 500 meters between them.
• Every type of travel, health insurance and other insurances should be arranged by the groups.
• Each group should bring a flag of their country with them.
• After submitting of an application, groups need to send 5 different pictures and 1 video (which includes their performances).

Participation fee:

• 88 Euro per person in Dormitory (half board)
• 165 Euro per person in 4* Hotel (half board)
  • 25 paying participants + 1 free

Approved groups pay in advance a 10% guarantee fee, which is to be deducted at the final payment.
