Participation in the Festival and / or Competition of your choice! Terms of participation in the festival: Genres: choreography instrumental genre folklore / ritual theaters / folk ensembles. Number of participants in the group from 8 people - age limit. Requirements for the festival repertoire: Ensembles \ teams \ groups perform a program of up to 12 minutes. Video with the performance of the team can be sent as a link on Youtube, Facebook or another online resource where it is located. Terms of participation in the competition: Genres: Choreography, Vocal, Instrumental genre, Folklore / ceremonial theaters / folk ensembles, Theater art / puppet theaters, Fashion theaters / fashion shows. Soloists submit an application with one / two performances. Duration of 1 performance up to 3 min. Small formations, groups, ensembles submit an application for participation with two performances in the same genre and age category with a total duration up to 8 minutes. (on entry / exit) The participants have the opportunity to participate in several genre categories in the presence of a separate application for participation with 2 numbers in the genre category and a separate payment for each application. Age groups: Baby-kids - the smallest age group 4 - 6 years old except for the nomination Readers / Acting Group I - the youngest age group of 7 - 9 years Group II - middle age group 10 -13 years Group III - older age group 14 - 17 years Group IV - adults from 18 years Group V - mixed group Up to 30% of older participants in the junior category are allowed. Requirements for the Competitive Repertoire: CHOREOGRAPHY - two competitive numbers for up to 7 minutes. "Folk dance" - Collectives represent folk dance or folk-stylized dance based on the folklore of the country they represent. "Modern dance" - Performance in this category may be in the following styles: jazz dance (folk jazz dance, afro jazz dance, broadway jazz dance, lyric jazz dance, jazz modern dance, etc.), modern dance, contemporary (contemporary dance), contact improvisation (contacts improvisation), etc. "Streetdance" - streetdance (hip-hop, disco, break-dance, jazz-funk, crump, and others); "Ballroom dance" - Formation: European or Latin American program - the choice of contestants ensembles (from 6-8 pairs) small forms (2-5 pairs) "Pop dance" - Children's dance (plot dance game for children of the 1st and 2nd age groups) "Vocal and choreographic groups" - Choreographic performances of the team. Vocal compositions are performed under the "minus" phonogram or "live" vocal accompaniment. The use of backing vocals is permitted. Artistic performance: tempo, dynamics, text interpretation, emotionality, expressiveness. Presentation of the program: the selection of the repertoire, the complexity of execution, appearance. INSTRUMENTAL GENRE - two competition numbers lasting up to 7 min. String and plucked instruments (soloists, small forms 2 - 4 people) Wind instruments (soloists, small forms 2-4 people) Folk instruments (soloists, small forms 2-4 people) Orchestras and ensembles The choice of the competitive program at the discretion of the contestant! Word, dance, gesture, music, action, which people used during customs, holidays, rituals. Folklore and ethnographic groups are invited, representing numbers and programs created on the basis of folklore, customs and rituals. THEATRICAL ART / PUPPET THEATERS - total duration up to 10 min. Collectives present small stage forms, mono performances, etudes, scenes from performances and plays that have a compositionally complete character. READERS / ACTOR SKILLS - total duration up to 4 minutes. Individuals, small groups from 5 people; Artistic word (poems, prose); literary and musical composition, miniature, pantomime, sketch, dramatization. Criteria for evaluation: Completeness and expressiveness of the disclosure of the theme of the work; Disclosure and intensity of artistic images, performing level; Theatrical effectiveness (plastic, costume, performance culture); The decoration of the performance, props; Diction of actors; Compliance with the repertoire of the artist's age category; The artistic value of the repertoire; The position of the director; Acting skills. CIRCUS ART/ pop-sports art - duration up to 5 minutes. Individuals, small groups from 5 people; Plastic show, acrobatics, rubber, juggling, clowning. Criteria for evaluation: Level of training and performance skills; Technical capabilities of the performer; Artistry, theatrical effectiveness (plastic, costume, performance culture); Creative approach to the selection of repertoire; The complexity of the program; Stage design program, props. FASHION THEATERS / Fashion show - duration up to 10 minutes. Fashion theaters present one collection in the form of a mini-performance or a show for the competition program. Criteria for evaluation: Completeness and expressiveness of the disclosure of collections; Disclosure and intensity of artistic images, performing level; Theatrical effectiveness (plastic, costume, performance culture); Decorations. ART The topic of the plein air is reported in the confirmation of participation by the organizers. Works are performed in a free technique. The duration of the plein air - 1 day Own materials and sketchbook from participants: gouache, watercolor, pencil. Picture format should not exceed 50 x 70 cm. The following information must be provided on the back of the work: Full name of the participant, educational institution, name of work, technique of performance. Other nominations in accordance with accepted applications. Awards: GRAND-PRIX of the International Festival \ competition Winner of І, ІІ, ІІІ prizes - get a cup and a diploma; Other prize-winners - get a diploma; Valuable gifts from the organizers! Thanks to the teachers, leaders, choreographers for preparing and participating in the festival-competition. Special awards: "Prize-Sympathy", "Best Teacher", "For the Preservation of National Cultural Traditions", "Prize of the Audience Choice". The Organizing Committee reserves the right to thank and give special prizes to teachers, managers, performers and teams for preparing and participating in the festival-contest at their discretion. Prizes from the sponsors of the festival can be awarded not only the winners of the competition, as well as participants who did not win prizes. The decision of the organizers is not a subject to revision. The performances at the gala concert are elected by the jury of the competition and the organizers. Jury: The composition of the jury may increase depending on the number of the participating countries, usually 3-5 in the genre category. The chairman of the jury is elected by the Organizing Committee. Program: Day 1 Arrival of participants / teams to the area of the Olympic Riviera on the coast of the Aegean Sea. Accommodation in selected hotels / bases / camps (for details, see the file “Accommodation program”). Sea holidays. *Guided tours - optional (on any day of the stay): Thessaloniki is an amazing city and the cradle of national culture where, after an interesting excursion, you can enjoy excellent shopping. A visit to Meteora, a phenomenon which is considered to be the eighth wonder of the world. Loutraki or "Garden of Eden", as they also call the place with transparent mountain waterfalls and hot termal rocks, stalagmite caves and emerald forests. Day 2 Technical meeting, buffet, meeting with the organizers, receiving festival symbols. Each participant receives a T-shirt with the symbols of the festival! Day 3 Opening of the Festival-competition in the city of Litohoro. Each team prepares a choreographic / theatrical / vocal "business card" (up to 4 minutes). The beginning of the contest, concert performances and plein air artists. Day 4 Competitive and live performances. Discussion of the performances with the jury of the festival. In the evening a gala concert and awarding the teams. Day 5 Sea-time. Excursions. Farewell disco. Day 6 Check out the rooms. Going home. *At the request of the team, the stay can be extended, by preliminary arrangement with the organizers. *The sequence of the events can be changed while leaving the total amount of events announced by the organizers. Participation fee: 189 Euro per person - Children up to 18 years old; 275 Euro per person - Adults; For groups of 20 people there is a special offer: 20 + 1 leader for free. Participation fee includes: Hotel accommodation - 3-4* for 6 days/5 nights 3 meals per day Parade Participation fee does not include: Excursions and entrance tickets to the museum etc. Festival fee teams (up to 9 people inclusive) - 28 euro for each participant; teams (from 10 people) - 22 euro for each participant; soloists - 39 euro; artists - 20 euro for each participant; In case of individual participation and participation in a team the price is only 39 euros.
