Conditions for participation:

  • Participants have to come in Manavgat Antalya on 19 March - Sunday (hotel check in time is 14.00) and leave on 24 March - Friday (after 11.00 a.m)
  • There is no limit for participants number.
  • There is no limit for the age of participants.
  • Participants will show their performance in place which is in accordance with the festival committee's decision.
  • Participants can use CD or live music.
  • Each group should bring flag of their country.
  • Festival commitee will organize the concerts in dependence with weather conditions.
  • Participants should prepare 3-6 performances with duration maximum 8 minutes.
  • Concerts are in open area - stage with dimensions  6 * 9 meters.
  • Festival committee will provide a guide to all groups during the festival. Festival language is English.
  • There will be historical and touristy trips for participants in their spare time.
  • Furthermore, there will be aqupark and yacht trip tours (with extra payment). Yacht Tour price is 12 Euro for 1 person. Aquapark price is 25 Euro for 1 person.
  • The hotel which groups will accommodated in is very closed to seaside 5 STAR HOTEL ( 3-4 bed in each room).  
  • Hotel has ALL INCLUSIVE system.
  • After submitting of an application, groups need to send 5 different pictures and 1 video (which includes their performances).
  • Every type of travel, hhealth insurance and other insurances are responsibility of the groups.
  • Ministry of Health regulations will be applied at the hotel entrance and exit.
  • The rules of the local and national government on Covid 19 will be applied for the shows.
  • Airport transportations will be paid by the groups, yet festival committee can provide guidance for arrangements. The transportation between festival place and hotel will be provided by the festival committee. 
    Airport transfer fee is 20 Euro for 1 person (airport - hotel - airport)

Participation fee:

  • 150 Euro per person - 5 nights / 6 days (Double room price is 37 Euro per day per person. Single room price is 48 Euro per day)
    • Every 25 person, 1 person is free (25 paying + 1 free)

Triple rooms has 1 french bed and 1 single bed. Quadriple rooms has 1 french bed ,1 single bed and 1 extra bed. Extra bed  smaller than other beds.
Early check-in price is 7 Euro per person,includes food and bavarege service, not room.
Late  check-out  price is 7 Euro per person,includes food and bavarege service, not room.
 
Any group, willing to participate, must submit an Application form.
Approved groups pay in advance a 10% guarantee fee, which is to be deducted at the final payment.
As a next step, the groups have to pay 1.000 Euro deposit to the organizer before 01 February 2023.
