XIX. International Folk Festival in Marmaris

Marmaris; the crossroad of the aegean and mediterranean seas-part of the mediterranean sea between neighbors turkey and Greece is the aegean sea. this is how the two neighbors refer to the part the mediterranean between them. the aegean sea is connected to the black sea by Çanakkale and İstanbul straits. A frequently asked question; “Where is the beginning and end of the Mediterranean and Aegean seas?

 

All visitors passing through on daily tours are embraced by the locals. you have the choice between central places where the sea, sand and the sun are complemented with nightly entertainment continuing until morning, or silent bays on a small boat swimming silently under moon light. whatever your heart desires.

Festival: XIX. International Marmaris Folk Fest will be held between 29 August - 2 September 2023 by Gala Art Folk.

If members want to stay double room, they must paid 8 Euro/person/day extra, For single rooms 13 Euro/person/day.

The commitee will give a 3 meals/day (buffet meal) in Hotel. Either pocket or normal meal due to performance program. All drinks will be free during the staying time.

• Each country can participate with one group for per category. (folk dance, modern dance, choir, majorettes, orchestra)
• The commitee won’t pay any fee to groups for attending the organization.
• The group should be in Muğla-Marmaris on 29 August and the departure date is 2 September 2023 after breakfast.
• The number of group not limited for person, including the manager, leader musicians, drivers and dancers.
• The age of dancers are not limited in the participant group.
• Performances should be either 5- 10 min., all groups have the perform only 1 part on the stage.
• The groups may perform with live music or a Cd.
• The groups should come with their national flags.
• The participate’s group list which contains dancers, musicians, leaders, driver’s age and sex should be send to us before 01 July 2023.                          
• Deadline of application 01 July 2023.

Participation fee:

• 145 Euro per person - 4 Nights / 5 Days - 3* HOTEL (All Inclusive)

• 170 Euro per person - 5 Nights / 6 Days - 3* HOTEL (All Inclusive)

• 170 Euro per person - 4 Nights / 5 Days - 4* HOTEL (All Inclusive)
• 190 Euro per person - 5 Nights / 6 Days - 4* HOTEL (All Inclusive)
