Festival Organization will select the best 10 groups from 4 corners of the World, who are requested to pay for the accommodation and Food thereby selecting the Accommodation packages of 175 Euro / 210 Euro / 250Euro. Conditions: Festival is open to host all performing art groups. Styles: Folk dances, Classical dances, Theatres, Contemporary dances, Latin dances, Ball room dances, Street Dances, Modern Dances, Social dances, Oriental dances, Choirs, Brass Bands, Fusion, Orchestras & majorettes. Groups are allowed to perform with live music or cd player. Participants of the Music Bands should at least be 2. Participants of the group members should be of any age starting from 8+. Groups should get the Flight Tickets and Travel Insurance by their own. Groups can extend their stay in INDIA only with the organizer with extra days and extra tourism which are available with the organizer. Groups can not engage themselves with any other Tour operator while in India on Organizers invitation. Arrivals & Departures: The date of arrival for participants should arrive in New Delhi Airport on 15th July by 12:00 hours as per the packages chosen. The departure time from New Delhi shall be started on 19th/20th July by 12:00 afternoon (After Breakfast). The participating groups shall arrive in New Delhi Indira Gandhi International Airport, the SMC organization committee will arrange a coach to meet the foreign groups in the airport and escort them to the hotel. Travel Requirements: Each group should cover the travelling expenses of their international flight expenses for the round-trip. Every member of the group has to have Travel Insurance which should include your medical and accidental coverage during the period of the festival. Extra expenses, such as expenses in the hotel for beverages, laundry, room service, long distance calls are not allowed to pay by the organization committee. Performance Details: The Group should perform 3-4 different dance/music items with 10/15 minutes programs each 2 times a day at provided venues. Venues for performances will include open-air stages, theatres, halls, Auditoriums and scenic spots without special stage facilities or lighting equipment. Groups should attend the rehearsals on time. Group should provide 2 workshops & 1 road show in the festival. Group should actively participate in the discussion forums. The group has to take part in all programs, the festival organizers made its whole period and do not undertake any other performances, during the festival period they have no right to cancel any program without any approval from the Festival Committee. National costume of their state can be stylized. Festival Rights: The festival reserves the right for radio-TV and video-recording, copy-right without paying any honorarium. The Festival organizing committee has the right to change the schedule of the program at any time during the festival. By applying you confirm that you accept all festival conditions.
