Nature has endowed this region with rich beauty and favorable conditions for human life: it has always been like this, it is today and it will be so in the future. Generations of inhabitants were changing and crossing here: Illyrians, Phoenicians, Greeks, Romans and others - until the Slovenian population prevailed in the Middle Ages. That is why in this area we have numerous sites of material cultures of several peoples, and this richness and diversity, together with the beauty of the landscape and mild climate, gives this landscape a Mediterranean character and makes it one of the oldest urban units on the Adriatic. Nowadays Budva is very famous tourist place in Montenegro with wonderful beaches like Mogren, Becici,Rafailovici... Many restaurants, shops and discotheques on the main promenade give you wonderful feelings. Conditions and rules of the festival: Festival is not competitive and groups from all over the world can take part in this festival. Folk dance groups, modern dance groups, choirs, majorette teams, brass bands, modern dance groups and orchestras are welcome to apply. The number of participants and guests is not limited. On the festival can participate children groups, adults and youth with no limitation. Program in live or on USB and must be 12-14 minutes duration. Group must have flag from own country and it is good to have display with the name and country (for defile). Need up to 5 quality photos of ensemble for promotional purposes. To have life music for parade or music box with them for parade. All groups will be accommodate in Budva city. Program: Day 1 12.00 – 14.00 Coming in Budva and hotel accommodation (welcome of the group with director of the festival – explain detail program and excursions) 19.00 – 21.00 Dinner 21.00 Meeting with all leaders of the group (get to know gather, present their ensemble, round table) Day 2 07 – 10.00 Breakfast in selected hotels 10.00 – 16.00 Excursions (optional – one of the excursions that we offer) or free beach time 17.00 – 19.00 Dinner 20.00 – 23.00 Festival parade and festival evening on the square in Budva (guides will come in hotels and take you – walking on the parade trough the city and festival evening 12-14 minute program) After finished the program overnight in hotels Day 3 07 – 10.00 Breakfast in selected hotels 10.00 – 17.00 Excursions (optional – one of the excursions that we offer) or free beach time 17.00 – 19.00 Dinner 20.00 – 23.00 Festival parade and second festival evening in Budva (guides will come in hotels and take you – walking on the parade trough the city and festival evening 12-14 minutes program) After finished the program overnight in hotels Day 4 07 – 10.00 Breakfast in selected hotels 10.00 – 17.00 Excursions (optional – one of the excursions that we offer) or free beach time 17.00 – 19.00 Dinner 20.00 – 23.00 Festival workshop with all participants – let know the different dances (each ensemble will show their dance and other will learn that dance) also exchange presents and giving certificates to the leaders of the group (for the groups that will stay 3 night the certificates and present will be given on the stage after performance) After finished the program overnight in hotels Day 5 07 – 10.00 Breakfast in selected hotels 10.00 – 17.00 Excursions (optional – one of the excursions that we offer) or free beach time 17.00 – 19.00 Dinner 20.00 – 23.00 Closing Party with all participants in discotheque in Budva (party for goodbye) Day 6 07 – 10.00 Breakfast in selected hotels 11.00 Leaving the hotels and departure Participation fee: 77 Euro per person for 3 nights with 2 meals per day (3 HB) 98 Euro per person for 4 nights with 2 meals per day (4 HB) 118 Euro per person for 5 nights with 2 meals per day (5 HB) On 25 people, one is gratis and on 50 people will be 2 gratis (24+1; 48+2). Hotel accommodation in 3* hotels in Budva city like Hotel Prestige, Hotel Palma, Hotel 219, Hotel Adria sea star and other hotels like those. For drivers and leaders will be provide 2/2 rooms and other participants will be in triple and quadruple rooms. If you need more double rooms on selected hotels (on request and if it is available) than it will be additional 5 Euro per person per day and for single (on request and if it is available) will be 17 Euro per person. Tourist tax in Montenegro is 1 Euro per person per day and it is additional to pay. Excursions in Budva are: Boat trip to peninsula Saint Stefan – 9 Euro per person, Boat trip to St. Nikola island is 6 Euro per person, Boka Kotorska baley (boat trip that starts from Kotor (sightseeing the city) then we continue to Herceg Novi (sightseeing the city), then we continue to Kralicka beach (swimming), then we continue to Tivat (sightseeing the city then transfer from bus to Budva – price is 15 Euro per person), Visiting Dubrovnik (Croatia) by your bus (we can give you only tour guide which is around 150 Euro for all day). Participation fee includes: Half board accommodation in selected 3* hotels (meals in some hotels are buffet in some it is continental) Participation in the festival concerts Welcome drinks for leaders of the group Present and diploma for the group Drinks for the dancers during the performance Additional information: The groups should have their transport to the city of Budva Hotels in Budva are in the center of the city so not need bus for the festival evening Bus parking is paid and depend of the parking it cost from 10-15 Euro per day The groups which arrive by plane on the airport of Tivat or Podgorica or Dubrovnik (Croatia) we can organize the transfer and it is additional paid Groups should have their insurance Additional HB in hotels is 26 Euro per person Any group willing to participate must submit an Application form. Approved groups pay in advance a 10% guarantee fee, which is to be deducted at the final payment.
