It was created on June, 2008 as a messenger of “Tarnava”, a Folk Ensemble who served in whole 1988-1994 period, steering at the helm of the same trainer-choreographer who teaches now, Vasile Trîmbiţaş.

In the short period from the foundation till now, we passed in record our participation to a lot of shows and folk festivals, from which I mention some: “La portile Apusenilor - Alba Iulia”, “Pe Tarnave-n sus si-n jos – Medias”, “Strugurele de Aur – Jidvei”, “ONGFest – Bucuresti” and shootings to a lot of TV programmes, etc, obtaining a lot of prizes and diplomas .

The ensemble currently includes 78 dancers, which are divided in 3 groups.

The first group includes children from 4 to 7 years old.

The second group includes children from 8 to 14 years old.

The third group-they have started their activity in Spring 2009 and includes young people from 15 to 18 yeаrs old.

From the ensemble’s repertoire take part dances from “Tarnave, Oas, Banat, Fagaras, Somes, Tarina de la Abrud, Purtata fetelor de pe Tarnava” and singers: Adelina Morar, Denisa and Nicusor Balu.
