Folklore Ensemble "Shchodrytsa" was created in 1993.
In a group of high school students and representatives of various professions. The repertoire of the group reflected a rich and varied song and musical heritage of the Belarusian people - it works calendar ceremonial, family, household, lyrical and humorous.
       Belarusian team promotes traditional culture through the study and revival of old calendar rites Kalyada, GukanneViasna, Maslenitsa, Midsummer.
        Musicians use in his work for the Belarusian traditional folk instruments: flutes, cymbals, violins, accordions, and forgotten, have disappeared from use of modern practice wind instruments: dudu, zhaleyka, straw.
       The team is actively involved in national festivals, and also represented the Belarusian folklore at the international festivals in Russia, Ukraine, Estonia, Hungary, Slovakia, Germany, Poland.
       "Shchodrytsa" is the winner of one degree in the two categories of inter-regional festival-competition of creative youth work "Krokі" in GP October, one recipient of the national winner of the festival-contest dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the birth of Tsitovich (2010), winner of the International Festival "Songs Without Borders" in Donetsk (Ukraine, 2011)., Winner of two stages 15 of the International Festival "ZvinyatsTsymbalovigarmonik" (Pastavy, 2012.).
    In 2008, the team was named the "people" and was named the national folk song and music "Shchodrytsa."
Now the team 16 vocalists, 10 musicians. Chorus masters authentic folklore and dances of different regions of Belarus.
