The jury adjudged four nominations for the Grand Prix Golden "Orpheus" in the first four competitive days of VII European Championship of Folklore "Euro Folk 2015". The forum is taking place between 2nd and 12th of July on the Bulgarian Black Sea resorts St. Vlas, Pomorie and Burgas.

The bulgarian performers who received the high assessment was: Folklore Dance Group "Hubavenka" at "Svetlina" Community centre from Hubavene village, Vratsa region - art director Ivaylo Dochev; Chamber Group for Folklore Music "Bolyarsko nastroenie" at "Nadezhda - 1925" from Turkincha village, Gabrovo region - art director Mitko Dimitrov; Folklore Ensemble "Gadulitsa" from Kazanlak. For the disciples of artistic director Dimitar Gaidarov this nomination is one more high recognition for their work. In 2014 they became Absolute National Championship of Folklore of the Fifth Bulgarian National Championship "Euro Folk 2014", which was held in Veliko Tarnovo. They won the Grand Prix Golden "Orpheus" and money award - check for the amount of 1 000 leva.

From the international guests, the participants from "Vailchenitseniy" at Vailchinets High School, Vailchinets village, Calarasi district, Republic of Moldova was awarded with nomination for Grand Prix. Art director of the group is Mr. Georgiy Furkulitsa.

"We are young, talented, full of energy and eager to present our beautiful national dances! We are working for the day, when we will reach high professional level. We are young ensemble, founded before two years, but we have rich repertoire of dances from our region, from Central, South and North Moldova. We are glad to participate at International Festival "Euro Folk 2015". Although this is our first international festival - it can turn to a good initiative for us!"

The jury consists of musical specialists as Maestro Mr. Georgi Yankov - a conductor and musical expert, Mr. Valentin Halvadzhiev - a choreographer and Mrs. Mariana Nutsova - a script writer and director in internet television Euro Folk. They evaluated vocal and dance performances of the best performing teams and individuals, awarded them with medals, diplomas and prizes.

The Absolute European Champion of Folklore will be determined in the last day of the competition. Then the Grand Prix Golden "Orpheus", the money award - check of 1 000 leva, provided by the oranizers EAFF, Euro Folk Academy will be awarded.
 
The "sea" folklore contest continues on 9th of July at 6:30 p.m. (stage of the "Svetlina" Community centre, Pomorie), on 10th of July at 6:50 p.m. (stage "Ohlyuva" in the Sea Graden, Burgas), on 11th of July at 5:30 p.m. (stage "Arena Theatre" - St. Vlas). The concerts are transmitted online by Internet TV Euro Folk, which is the main media partner of the championship.
