Grand Prix Golden «Orpheus», check for 1000 Euro and golden medal by the V World Championship of Folklore „World Folk” won „Pologrodzhianie“ ensemble from Poland. The group, whose leader is Marjena Biegala-Hovorska, also became Absolute world champion of Folklore for 2015. The Golden “Orpheus” was granted by Mr. Kaloyan Nikolov, president of the European Association of folklore festivals (EAFF) and president of the World Association of folklore festivals (WAFF).

Absolute vice champion of „World folk 2015” with silver medal became “A Yin” from Hoh Hot, Inner Mongolia, China. Assoc. Sevdalina Turmanova - Deputy Regional Governor of Burgas awarded the silver "Orpheus" of the group leader - Mr. Edunbuhe.

The third place at the World championship of folklore took Ensemble for Folklore dances “Bulgarani” from Sofia, Bulgaria, with art director Vladimir Nedev. The bronze medal of the Championship and the Bronze “Orpheus” was granted by Prof. Nikolay Kravtsov - Honored Artist of Russia, candidate of art, dean at St. Petersburg State University of Culture and Art, prizewinner "Zolotoy Knigi Otechestva" and chairman of the jury.

In the V World Championship of Folklore took part 120 folklore groups from 11 countries. The jury granted to 18 from the collectives and the individual performers nominations for Golden “Orpheus”.

At the official closing ceremony of the Championship were awarded the following special diplomas and plaques:

The folklore group “Pastalnieki” from Latvia, with art director Aiya Ruliete deserved „Award of the audience”. Special award by criterion "Complexity and technique of execution" received the representatives of South Korea - Song Ah Tchun and Tchang Moon Hee. Folklore group “Dospat” from Bulgaria was granted with special award in the category „Presentation“.

Dance ensemble “Hubavenka”, Bulgaria, received an award for „Stage presence“ by the choreographer and member of the jury Mr. Valentin Halvadzhiev. The special award in the category "Presentation of authentic and original dance" was unanimously granted to the dancers from Ensemble „Biser“ from Velika Kladusha, Bosnia and Herzegovina. The authentic sound of Persian music, performed by “Serashk” ensemble from Mashhad, Iran, brought to the musicians diploma and plaque in this category. The award was handed by Maestro Georgi Yankov – conductor and musical specialist, member of the jury.

Special award was provided by the town hall of Obzor. Mrs. Yuliya Gorbunova – expert in “Culture” department in the town hall of Obzor granted an award to Children dance ensemble “Mhedruli-4“ – Kobuleti, Georgia. „Dugo selo“ orchestra from Croatia received the special award of Internet television Euro Folk – main media partner of the Championship. Mrs. Mariana Nutsova – program director of the media – granted the award.

Mr. Valko Lyuvenov, arbiter of the jury committee presented a plaque and a diploma of the Euro Folk Academy to Instrumental group “Balti” from Babit, Latvia. The special award of the European Association of Folklore Festivals – EAFF was granted to Vitaliy Ermachkov from Russia – performer of “Accordion Kravtsov”. Ensemble „Izvorash“ from Sipoteni, Moldova, received the special award of the World Folk Academy.

The diploma and the plaque were granted by Ms. Tsatsral Baatar - Director of Art Lar House - Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia and honorary member of the jury.

For preserving of national traditions was awarded Folk Group „A yin“ from Hohhot, Inner Mongolia, China. The award was from the World Association of folklore festivals.

The ceremony on the Official closure of the anniversary fifth edition of the World Championship of Folklore „World Folk 2015” was attended by Mr. Kemal Hasechich – Consul of the Embassy of Bosnia and Herzegovina in Bulgaria and his wife Mrs. Amina Hasechich; Mr. Iurie Vition - acting administrator of the Embassy of Republic of Moldova in Bulgaria and his wife Maria Vition, служители на посолството, as well as official persons from Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Moldova – Mr. Ion Berliyski and his wife Mrs. Adelina Berliyska, Mrs Alyona Makovenko and Mrs. Elizabeta Todorova.

Among the special guests were also: Mr. In Yali – Advisor of Cultural Affairs at the Embassy of Republic of China and his wife - Mrs. Liu Syaosu, as well as Ms. Gu Fan – First Secretary of Cultural Affairs.

The official ceremony on the closure of World Folk 2015 was held on the stage of “Varieté Colloseum Arena“ – Sunny Beach. Hosts of the Championship, which was held from 20-th to 30-th August, were also the stages of Burgas, Nessebar, Saint Vlas and Obzor.
