More than 300 participants form 7 countries from the EU participated with songs and dances in the International music and dance festival “DURRES FEST”. It held place from the 15^th until the 19^th of June in the most picturesque city in Albania, Durres.

The main festival night took place on the central city square, where tourist and locals witnessed the participants program. The director of the festival Zoran Sterzofski emphasized that this festival has turned into a celebration of Durres.

After the performances all groups had a party together on the magnificent beach of the “Bonita” hotel.

During the other days the participants enjoyed the beautiful sand beaches, and went swimming and sunbathing. Some of them even visited Tirana and other Albanian cities.
