1200 participant took part in this year’s International festival “Happy Planet”, which will take place from the 14^th until the 20^th of July in Tsahkadzor, Armenia.

Along with the dance and vocal cultural variety – folklore, modern, latino and classical dances ad folklore, estrade and classical songs, many other talented performers introduced their art – painters, from different countries.

The directors of the groups met with the organizers of the festival and with the local administration in municipality Tsahkadzor and exchanged national souvenirs. A parade-like defile on the streets of the city induced the interest and applause of the locals and the guests.

The international jury judged the performances equitably and awarded them with prizes.

In their free time, the participants had the chance to visit the museum-house of the famous American scientists – the Orbely brothers, the national museim , the beach of the lake Sevan, and the rope line built In 1972, the picturesque mountain Tsahkadzor, which lead to development in the ski sport in this mountain resort.
