400 participants from 8 countries attended the II International Folklore Dance and Music Festival "ADRIATIC FEST". The event took place from 8th till 12th of September in Budva, Montenegro.

"11 ensembles from Bulgaria, Greece, Romania, Turkey, Ukraine, Slovakia danced on the stages in two festival evenings. First of them was held on 9th of September. The second concert was conducted on 10th of September on the stage, located on the main pedestrian area in Budva where a lot of people were attracted by the performances of participants." said the director of the festival Zoran Strezovski.

He awarded participants with Certificates and gifts at the end of the second festival evening. Mr. Strezovski thanked them for their participation and efforts to represent their cultures and tradition on the scene. The end of the festival was celebrated in "Paris" club in Budva.

In their free time participants enjoyed the beautiful beaches of Adriatic sea. They visited the old town and island St. Stefan on a boat trip. Participants explored the old town of Kotor at the foot of Mount St. Ivan and Lovcen mountain massif, and many other historical and cultural monuments in Budva.

International folklore festival "ADRIATIC FEST" is a member of the European Association of Folklore Festivals - EAFF.
