In the period September 8-12, 2017 on the coast of Aegean sea, 70 km North-west from Izmir in the Turkish town of Foca was held the XIV International FOÇA Folk Dance Festival - Foça-İzmir.

According to the main organizer of the festival – Murat Erdem, the musical dance event was attended by 160 performers from North Cyprus, Greece and 4 local groups from Turkey.
