According to the director of this large event - Svetlana Chochua, "XXV Folk Art Children and Youth International Festival "MY WONDERFUL COUNTRY" was held successfully. Participants were choreography esnembles from Azerbaijan, Latvia, Moldova and Georgia." Festival was held from 27th of June till 2nd of July in Tbilisi (Georgia). 

 

The festival was attended by theater groups and vocal performers. In the forum frames was also held a Beauty contest. A Queen of the Festival was chosen. Participants presented interesting program, said Svetlana Chochua. 

 

"There were three really good choreography ensembles, who won the highest award in the festival - Grand Prix: Choreography ensemble "NUFARUL" (Republic of Moldova) with artistic leader Jon Arabaji; Choreography ensemble "GORDI" from Tbilisi (Georgia) with directors David Bitoshvili and Irina Bitoshvili, and Choreography ensemble "SALHINO" with artistic leader Giorgi Papiashvili". All the participants received special diplomas, awards and medals. 

 

"It was a great celebration indeed", informed us Svetlana.
