In the period 5-10 September, the Black sea towns Tsarevo and Kiten, Bulgaria will host the 15th edition of Black Sea Festival "Euro folk" 2018.

On the stages of "Kremikovtsi" Complex (Kiten) and "Georgi Kondolov - 1914" Community center (Tsarevo), about 100 folklore groups and individual performers from Bulgaria, Yakutia (Russia) and Israel will present their folklore.  

Black Sea Festival "Euro folk" is part of Musical Feasts Euro Folk and the event is held under the auspices of the European Association of Folklore Festivals - EAFF, where about 450 festivals are members. EAFF is worldwide recognized, accredited organization with consultative relations to UNESCO in the field of Preservation of the World Cultural Heritage to the Committee of Intangible Culture Heritage  of UNESCO.

Black Sea Festival "Euro folk"  has competitive nature and it is authorized qualification round of the World Association of Folklore Festivals - WAFF. This year, the teams will be evaluated in 9 categories and two age groups and will be nominated for honorary signs, laureate titles 1, 2 and 3, awards, recommendations for participation in the EAFF championships, maestro and maestro academics titles for deserving artistic leaders. The jury will also nominate the winners of the Golden "Orpheus" First Prizes in the genre categories and Grand Prix Golden "Orpheus" winner of the festival.

The organizers of the festival are: Euro Folk Academy, Tsarevo Municipality, Primorsko Municipality, Kiten Town Hall, Event Vacation Ltd. The concerts of the festival will be broadcasted live at tv.eurofolk.com by the main media partner, Eurofolk TV. A full detailed program can be found HERE.
