900 performers took part in the XII International Folklore Festival "INTERFOLK in Russia" from 14th till 17th of November 2019. Saint Petersburg was host of folklore groups for authentic folklore, vocal groups for processed folklore, mixed, dance and instrumental ensembles and orchestras from Belarus, Bulgaria, France, India, Indonesia, Iran, Latvia, Portugal, USA, Turkey, Sri Lanka and Estonia. 

Festival encouraged the intercultural dialogue in the field of folklore art gathering groups and ensembles in Saint Petersburg from all over the world.
